Horrible business. They had me make an appointment as they couldn't get my son in as a walk in, totally understandable. I happily made an appointment for the next day.
When I checked in the next day at 4 for my 415 appointment the ONE girl they had working told me that she was triple booked and it would be a while before she could get to me. Very frustrating as I could have made an appointment anywhere else if I was waiting for the next day anyways, but I chose this location just to leave without my sons hair being cut. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this was infuriating. I felt bad for the lady working too, she was the only one and told me that sometimes her coworker just decides to leave before her shift is even done!? I will not be returning.
Worst haircut experience I’ve had. She was going way too fast and tearing my hair with the scissors, I said “ow” a few times. Won’t be going back. The other super cuts nearby is 10x better

Well, never coming back here again. I was a walk-in. I get it, no appointment, I expect to wait. Which I did, for almost an hour. When my name was taken down I was told there were three people in front of me, and she confirmed those people were in the store. 30 minutes-ish wait (I expected that was probably a bit optimistic). As I said, took closer to an hour, but again no big deal.
The problem arose when people came in apparently with appointments I was never told anything about and then I was bumped for them (probably would have been close to another hour). No reasoning, no apologies, no nothing, she just tried to justify that that’s how the system works. I’m sorry, but if I’m going to get told there are three people in front of me, then I better get a haircut after those three people. It just makes people feel unimportant if you decide to honor other people ahead of your slot, even if they did have appointments. Why weren’t these people at least mentioned to me? They were like hidden appointments that are only validated when they show up, then walk-ins are out of luck regardless of what they are told. How about don’t tell walk-ins how many people are in front of them? Or at least maybe say, “there are also X number of people with appointments that may end up ahead of you, so this 30 minutes I’m telling you right now might not be accurate. ” Otherwise, I expect a wait time close to what is quoted (within reason) and three people in front of me. People have stuff to do; we don’t have time to sit around past the estimated time, get bumped and then feel inferior to other customers because you have a bad scheduling system, bad estimation skills, and terrible customer service.
Don’t go to this location. Maybe don’t go to Supercuts at all.
This place is an absolute JOKE! I took my 3 young boys to get their hair cut today, I made an appointment the day before for 10,10: 15, & 10: 30. We show up and are told there will be a little wait. Which is totally fine. I get if you’re behind a little. But we sat there for 45 minutes and in that 45 minutes the girl with purple hair is talking about her 10: 30 appointment with a customer she clearly knows and is friends with. She decides to start cutting his hair instead of my boys which I quickly realized wasn’t right because I heard her clear as day say his appt.was at 10: 30. I stood up and told her we were leaving because she chose to take her friend first, whose appointment was after ours. She quickly says that his appointment was at 9: 30.which I know wasn’t true and also a women in front of us had a 9: 45 appointment who went before him. I will NEVER go back again. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!
Mikayla did such a good job on my hair, I won’t go to anybody else! I’m super happy with the way it turned out.
