Vincent is a great stylist and fun to talk to. Place is clean and pleasantly well lit.

This is not a review of this location specifically, but Supercuts in general.
New online only check in is trash. Website doesn’t load locations properly. While I was waiting I watched two other customers come in who thought they had scheduled hair cuts. One selected the wrong location, one chose the wrong time. Both got turned away. Someone at Supercuts corporate thought this was a good feature to add, but it just frustrates customers like me trying to walk in & costs them business in the situations I provided above.

Horrible experience and service level was poor, even though I have been a loyal customer. I reached 5 minutes after my appointment after having settled an emergency at home. Was refused for a haircut even though there was no one around while I was there. Could have taken me as a walk-in but instead I was given a sarcastic reply telling I could just have a 2-minute haircut. I have endured poor haircuts thinking they treated customers well, but I will avoid them at all costs.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. Some of the stylists change, but mine is consistent. Sadly there aren't as many available stylists anymore due the pandemic. However, the ones that are there are pretty good and most have been there for a long time. I highly recommend booking your appointments via the app or the website.

Where I go to get my haircut. They're usually on time and they do a good job with with the little time they're given oer haircut. The place is well maintained and spacious inside unlike other places. Ample parking.

We recently moved to the area and scheduled online with Vincent. 2 kid cuts and an adult cut. All three of my boys look fantastic, and my kids were happily chatting with Vincent. I am so glad we found our new barber! Highly recommend.
