I’ve been seeing Alex for over 30 years since she was in the Bay area. She’s an amazing stylist and supercuts is so lucky to have her. Thanks Alex for always doing such an amazing job, you’re the best!
The place is very clean, the stylist are all courteous and the wait times have been very short (5-10 minutes). Nadia always does a very good haircut every time. She knows her stuff
I’m extremely disappointed with Jessica. She was rude and was in hurry for payment and hair cut.
I was trying to be calm and at peace with her, but she didn’t change her attitude.
Highly disappointed.
Ok so I give Supercuts a 5star because all the times I have gone there my experiences have been great! Everyone is always welcoming and helpful and I'm able to in and out rather quickly, with a quick cut and go.
Horrible experience. Asked to use scissors on top but used trimmer and cut all my hair and charged 26$ for that.very disappointing.
Very very unprofessional with absolutely no work ethics. They gave me an appointment for a haircut at 4pm which was made a day earlier. I went at 3.45pm. They made me wait until 4: 10 and they said “you’re late” and cancelled my appointment. When I said my appointment is at 4, they said we have another appointment at the same time and they can’t do mine. This was infuriating but I just left the place because the lady wasn’t even responding properly. It’s their attitude towards customers that’s making me write this review.
Supercuts, please fix your attitude towards responding to customers. And don’t confirm an appointment if you are not capable.
I would like to file a complaint, yesterday Monday I called to make an appointment, it was around 11am, the person who attended me told me that if I could go at that time because Tuesday was Seniors' day and they would be busy, I told hrt no, that I could go on Wednesday, but I would like to see a person who spoke Spanish, but I had forgotten his name, and he told me to call on Wednesday, I told him that it was better to make the appointment for Wednesday at 11am, then I called around 2pm because it was already available, but the same person answered the call, and was very rude, and unprofessional, and I better cancel my appointment, that was at the 11th store I called the one on Tracy Blvd, and they took great care of me. From now on I will go to the one on Tracy Blvd and not the one on 11th. The one who works for costumer service has to be more professional. (I liked the staff who had changed my color 4 weeks ago) but it is not the same person who answered the phone.
I went first time in this store for my son’s haircut. Jessica took care of my son’s haircut.she looks frustrated before she took care of haircut.her way of communication is rude.haircut was ok but on my son’s neck she glided trimmer very harshly.he got rashes right away I pointed her she started giving excuse.unprofessional never come back…
