My hair stylist Ms. S.was AMAZING! She gave me a steamed towel treatment and a scalp massage after shampooing and conditioning my hair. Thank you SOOOO much! I felt my stress melt away after this relaxing experience.

People are nice but just don’t listen to customer. I specifically asked for “clean up” only and I mentioned that I had my haircut a month ago, so I don’t want to cut it short. A well spoken individual within few minutes cut my hair too short, it changed my hair style completely. It was too late for me to advise them to stop, but when I said “it’s much more than I expected, I like my hair long” the reply was “you have still have big hair at the back”. Huh!? I think Supercuts may have good barbers, but I wasn’t lucky to get one this time. And I won’t likely be using Supercuts anymore.

Today my mom, my brother and I went to go see Mariana to get cuts and my mom a dye and cut. I would like to start out and Natilie and Mariana not good at all. We called at 9 am asking to put our name down for Mariana for the 3 of us and Natilie said no, call at 1. (They can not put names down till Mariana comes in.) Instead of calling at 1 we went at 12: 50. When we went we put all 3 of our names downs. When it came to have my brother go at 2 pm, there was another costumer who I guess called at 10 and they were told that it was ok and that they had an appointment with Mariana at 2. Us being there already we’re confused as we were told something else. Natilie told 2 different costumers 2 different things and when we confronted her about it she was rude and kept making excuses. I don’t think we will be coming in again to be honest. This left a bad taste in my mouth. The costumer service sucks. Again Mariana was and Natilie were very bad. And when Mariana had serrated with my mom and the. Did my hair and when it was time to finish up my brother took the other costumer instead of finishing up the current costumers that she had. This was a horrendous experience.

The location is always clean and welcoming. When you make an appointment they are always ready for you. Even with walk in the are generally able to get you within +/- 10 minutes of arrival. Especially good haircutter is Galina! A+ men's haircuts. She is flexible with whatever style you like, or if you let her she will by herself do good style.
