Not even my family I made a appointment and needed to reschedule and a lady named MARI answered so rude the first time didn’t let me finish to reschedule my appointment I called back again and told her she hang up on me and didn’t let me talk

I take my 3 yr old who is a wiggle worm and all the hairstylists are so patient with him. I also appreciate that they clean up after each person. Thank you!
First time to visit Supercuts in a long time. When the virus started I stopped cutting my hair. And I love long hair but you need to trim your split ends and get cleaned up once in a while.
I met Kat, the owner who was very instructive on what I should do to maintain a long hair style. I had a very nice and quick visit. The shop was very busy in the AM and you could feel the professionalism from the stylists that were there. Located at Desert Crossing, in Palm Desert, I would recommend giving this Supercuts a visit if you are looking for a fresh look.
Wasn't told she Rocio only been cutting hair just over a year. All I asked for was cut ends & get rid of the blunt cut & blend old long bangs into side hair. No wash or style. She spent an hour & just gave me a shorter version of a blunt. She was so nervous her hands were shaking. She had to get a manager to approve the haircut, but manager didn't approve so few minutes later, supposedly she was done. The charge was only supposed to be $22 but they charged me $29. I didn't tip. I just wanted out of there!
Ist time there as a visitor, excellent service, called ahead & only had a 5 min.wait, all stylists very professional, Ana asked how I liked it cut & did exactly what I asked for. Great job! Great customer service too. Thxs again.
Also Ana did my husband's haircut & mustache trim. Best job @ mustache trim he's had.
