Current employees and the manager on site (Jen) give off very racist demeanors. This place isn't very inclusive and they will treat you differently based on skin tone. Ignorant people are always the stupidest and the worst.
I have taken both my boys to several places in the area and as far as Roseville for a nice fade and Micky at Supercuts seems to be the only one to an amazing job! She is super friendly and great with young children. We request her every time! The environment at this location is always welcoming and super friendly. Once you’re in for an appointment they are pretty quick.
Red headed receptionist was very rude and didn't even a acknowledge my daughter and I even though they were 15 minutes late calling us back. We ended up leaving after 25 minutes because she snapped when I politely reminded her we were waiting. She was very frantic and unorganized. Not to mention unnecessarily rude! The other ladies seemed polite and composed, but we ended up leaving and going to Great Clips about a mile away which ended up being cheaper and we got right in!
The check-in girl kept me OFF the waiting client list to not * Run Up the wait time for people in the lobby* Mean while another party had added themselves to the online check in. ** glad i was told to just sit and wait to not hurt there wait times.and then get jumped inline from someone line.supper. Cool
Great location. Ellie did a great job, and humored with and Instagram video to see what I wanted for my hair cut. Will definitely come back!

I took my 5 year old in today to get her hair cut.she wanted it really short and had a bad experience years back and finally let her today and the lady (who I wish I got her name) did such am amazing job. I am so grateful the wonderful friendly experience we had today
