I was waiting to calm down. I have not had this kind of poor service in many years. The last time Super Cuts messed my hair up was back in 2001 at a North Hollywood location. But this was just silly because I asked for a specific size and cut and what I did NOT want. Yet in the end, I got it and then was told "No there is no line" It's my head! I know a line when I see a line. Come-on, don't then justify with a "colic" as to why. I know where all mine are and that wasn't one of them. I no showed to my sports cuts appt to give this location one more chance after the last mistake. Now I'm officially done. Hire more experienced stylist at better wages and get a better return on them. If I see new team I will try again.

If you want to ruin your day, it’s the best place to visit. The stylist have no experience there, they literally don’t even know how to hold your hair. I don’t say the names and ruin their career but the management should be more careful on training the employees instead of experimenting on customers.

Marina did great job on my hair cut. She took my requirements and got my haircut exactly the same what I was expecting. It is very rare people get what customer needs quickly. I am amazed in Marina’s work

I've been going here for such a long time. I've always had a good experience overall but Mariah today was amazing. Such a great job. Ask for Mariah if you can and tip her all of the money.
