Cassie did a great job and also engaged in conversation which I find is very important. I would give her 6 stars

The worst care I have ever received. This young lady could care less about how my hair look, didn't compare if one side had the same length than the other. She didn't care about making you look good and have a decent haircut.

I had an appointment, it’s been over 40 minutes waiting and I still am behind other people for an hair cut, Overbooked and not enough staff. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they can’t see you at the time scheduled.

Drove into town for a funeral. I made an appt & the girl was good! Nice hand & personal. As I was checking out, she ended up goin to school w my brother. Small town feel. Did not get her name but both ladies were good.

After paying for my child’s $25 super cuts jr I came home and realized there was a $30 tip bringing the total to $55. I called the store the following morning and was told a manager would call me back. That unfortunately did not happen. Clearly the tip amount was a mistake, call your customers back. Who on early would til > 100%? Did they change the tip on me? Who knows! Buyers beware. Truly disappointing, will now be taking business to Perfect Cuts in Hanford.

I've honestly been coming here off and on for 10 years and I have never had a complaint, even with all the different stylists I have went to.

The service is very bad. I had an appointment and at the end they didn't attend to me because they had a lot of work. I didn't go to that place.

Even if you make an appointment, others who got their later go in front of you and you wait 2 hrs. Unacceptable, and staff don’t care. Guess you pay what you get for
