Hair Salon Supercuts reviews
9Nice girls work there.my first visit to this location. Only negative is that it was very cold in there like VERY and I wanted to warm up from the windy rain we had that day after my running around. I don't know how to spell the stylists name (damn old age lol) but sounds like Kalilly or Kahleesa. (OMG I'm so sooooo sorry). But she's as pretty as her name is and she made it fun.
Ruth did a fantastic job! She was courteous, friendly, and listened to how I wanted my hair. She's a great example of Excellent Customer Service!
Good place for budget friendly haircuts. I'd highly subject getting the unlimited subscription thing, it's less than the price of a normal haircut.
I love coming here for hair cuts, super friendly staff, great cuts, comfortable ambiance, professional and always smiling coming in and leaving.
Everyone is great, never a bad experience. Itzel is a dedicated fan of Pokémon. I could spend hours trading cards, however there's just no time!
I've been going to this Supercuts for years and it was always the same thing: Sit, be ignored by the stylist, and try to fix my hair to how I originally wanted it to look when I get home. But last year, I got Itzel as my stylist and she did such an amazing job listening to me. Itzel did exactly what I wanted for the first time in my life. And it's a huge plus that she's super easy to talk to. I've requested her for all my haircuts since and I highly recommend everyone who has had a bad experience here, does as well. It's such a big deal to me that I just had to sit down and write this review
Thank you to all the customers who have made supercuts great for me. I really loved working here and I will miss all of you.
Yesterday I had scheduled an appointment that was at 7: 05 pm and when I had walked in at 6: 55 pm and checked in with Martha Garcia, they had said that there was at least four other haircuts ahead of mine. I was fine with waiting so I had left for a bit and came back after 25 minutes. Upon arrival back and waiting for a few more minutes, I chose to sit next to another client who was a man. His appointment was at 7: 40 pm, he had checked in at 7: 30 pm. Martha Garcia was just finishing up a client and instead of just cleaning up the area and going onto the next one, she had begun cleaning other things: the trash can below the front desk, the back area, so on. Afterwards, she had looked up, past me and my mother, to the man next to us and called him over. When I had been waiting for more than a hour now for my scheduled appointment. This was not the first time she has done this to me. So instead of waiting more I had just canceled and left. Do not come here and expect customer service from Martha if you are asking for something more than a buzzcut. You will be wasting your time.
Yikes. I watched one of the “stylists” fail to understand the concept of layering…. Quite basic of a concept I assure you. The stylist blamed my partner’s hair and was argumentative instead of working to meet her expectation. There was no sectioning or any scissor techniques to create layers—even after being explicitly asked for, and subsequently explained in increasingly basic terms and concepts.
We left with my partner’s hair looking like half of her head was given a bowl cut lol. Unacceptable to work as a hair dresser and have such low comprehension of the basic cutting techniques used to create different styles and looks.
Obviously this is a Supercuts so expectations should never be too high… but you’d expect to leave with a finished looking cut—even if it’s mediocre. Not the case here, oof
