Janine is a cutting technique is great. I really enjoy her ability to expedite a quick and thorough haircut and style. She is warm and friendly. I always look forward to booking my next appointment with her.

Blake, if you didn't want me to come in as a last minute end of the day close to closing walk in then you should've said so instead of wasting my time and gas!

I called this location because I tried to go to the National City location not realizing that the National City location had closed. I can't remember the exact time I called the Bonita location and Blake advised that they were no longer taking reservations for "phoned In walk-ins" but if I made it there by 5: 48 then they would still take me in. I advised that my GPS said I would arrive by 5: 37 and that I will be there soon.

I walk through the doors before 5: 40, I told Blake that I was the person that called and she told me that the client she was working on would be her LAST CLIENT. I scoffed said wow and walked right back out. I don't even think she apologized or maybe she wished me a good night she said something and I just remember my response being "yup! ". I'm not gonna lie if my son wasn't with me I probably would've said a whole lot more than just yup.

I was considerate enough to call and ask for permission to come in, wish you could've showed the same. Terrible customer service.as I said before could've said no instead if wasting my time and gas. This was also the reason why I called. Can't blame me for being upset because if the script was flipped I'm sure you would never step foot in that business ever again.

I DONT CARE IF YOUR THE BEST AT YOUR CRAFT, IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO GIVE YOU BUSINESS.

I'm honestly so angry. I had a reservation at 4: 30, and when I got there, they let two men go before me, plus another man who had a reservation after me. They just blew me off and so I decided to leave.

Nothing better than to have someone with beautiful curls, cut your hair for the best curls. Thank you so much.

Grace was amazing! She was alone but she was killing it! She is very personable and makes you feel at home. She makes you feel welcome the second you walk in the doors. I definitely will be returning. Thank you Grace!

I've been going to this place for several years, Same instructions given to the various stylists that work there and I'm always satisfied with my visits. Not today.
Need to put a lot of gel just to have some semblance of hair on my head. Not complaining as I promise. Missing my bangs. Giving my hair a couple of months to grow out to where I want it to be.

The Bonita Suoercuts location is always clean and the staff is so professional and friendly! Janine is very busy with many requests but is very accommodating and does a great job on my cut and color! It is always a pleasant experience! Love the ability to make a same day reservation as it really reduces the wait.

Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. My layered haircut took a lot faster than a military haircut a guy got before me. Will not go back to this place again.

Everyone was so nice here, im just out from my hair appointment and Max did such an amazing job. He took his time with my very dry and full of knots hair and was so gentle. He did everything I asked and even recommended some amazing products. I will definitely be coming back to this place, I loved my haircut.

Janine is great! She listens to what you want and will give honest feedback on the upkeep of the style/color you are going for.

Highly recommend Bruna to cut your hair. Very professional and excellent haircuts. Also a great personality and nice to talk with.
