Where do I begin? I came in to the salon and asked if somebody was really good with long hair. Of course, this young woman said everybody is. That isn't the truth that I have been doing here for forty years. I have taught many stylus as well as mentored many over the years. My own business got shut down during the pandemic, and I contracted after the vaccine. COVID quite a few times, so my hair has been a disaster. I don't know what's going on. There are a few factors. All I wanted was a good haircut. A few inches off and ended up that about 8 inches with taken off. I only wanted 3. How I probably honestly could have used more. But they happened to give me a young woman who had only been out of school for a year. I guess I made her nervous. I didn't mean to. I told her not to be all I wanted was the back of my hair cuts to a V because that's how it grows. She kept saying v cut. And that's not what I had asked for, not a very good consultation. And then somebody came to help her, who had been a more experienced stylist. Who told me I should have told the stylist I wanted a V cut. I just wanted long layers in the back of my hair trimmed. In shape, it grows. That's it not dog ears in the front of my face frame when its ro short. Because that's what my hair does because it's curly and thick. Luckily, my hair does grow fast, but it's the holidays. You wanna look nice for the holidays in when you don't do a good consultation or if you don't understand what the person is asking for ask questions. Let them know you don't understand and definitely. Do not school a customer when I told her exactly what I wanted. And then come over and cut more than I want to when they didn't even do a consultation with me. So how would they know. The young woman that did my haircut from the beginning was very nice. The other two were not. I felt the fact that they just didn't wanna take me as a customer. They'd rather give me to somebody that's a new. I felt they just didn't wanna Do my hair but. Need less to say. I was very disappointed in the customer service from the other two stylists, but I would have to say Anna was very sweet. I would say as somebody who's been in educator and trained. That might need a little more training and confidence, and they should encourage her. But sadly I will not be returning. I have been looking for a new place to go. A lot of my good friends that I trust to cut my hair had moved out of state so. I took a chance and that failed. Lesson learned

Wendy is the very best. I really dislike 9/10 haircuts I get for how long they take and the end result to be not what I wished for. Most others don’t listen to what I’m requesting and yet Wendy seems to know what I want even more than I say. I couldn’t be happier to finally find a professional that knows what they’re doing and can do it so quickly. <3

Deim is very experienced hair stylist. She knows how to make her clients happy. She worked in PB Supercuts, before they shut it down. Now she works there on wed-sat, in case you were looking for her.

Alliie is great. I'm not sure all prices are posted. It's the sign of civid and just inflation.
Might be ritch soon. Tell Allie she's great. Luck husband and kids to hove a great mom.

Maria does phenomenal work. She has cut my hair for several months and today did a highlight for me. I am so beyond happy with the results every time I see her.

Ally cut my son's hair and it came out so good! He has super fine, super blonde hair, that almost never looks blended well, but she did it wonderfully. 10/10 reccomend them.

They tried to upsell the shampoo for no reason then spent 10 minutes on a crooked haircut. Not worth it

She was very gentle with my hair (which is very thin, btw) and provided exactly what I was asking for.

In my opinion the haircut wasn't worth the price. I wasn't made aware by Ally how much a service was until I was about to pay. Times are tough right now, please don't take advantage of people. $7 for a drop of shampoo lol. In total everything came out to be the price of an upscale barbershop including tip. I didn't say anything at the time to avoid causing a scene in front of other people. They probably would have been kinder too. Itd be nice to be greeted with a simple hello instead of a monotone "did you call". She was in the middle of cleaning when we first walked in so it could be that she felt overwhelmed. We came here only because it's conveniently close. Never again.
