Late review but great place for BBQ and Hotpot!

Went out with co-workers and this is my first time here. We ordered both for hotpot and the Korean BBQ

Pros:
-individual hotpot areas that is not large but not too small.
-Staff service is great
-Clean place.
-good quality meat and variety.
-Sauce bar.

Cons:
-Wait time could be long.
-Parking could be a hassle.
-Seating is weird. Got a booth like chair that kept moving.

The meat selection is pretty good for a ayce place. I think the rib eye is much better than the wagyu. The pork belly comes in hotpot thin slices and doesn't taste that good in the hotpot but tastes great as bacon after your grill it. The tofus had a very strong tofu taste and I didn't like it that much.

The hotpot broths are plain. The kbbq makes it worth. Good ingredients. Try the biangbiang noodles

I really liked this restaurant until tonight. I was waiting for my table and I saw they recycled four plates of meats, which is extremely disgusting! I immediately gave up my position and went to another restaurant even though I have already spent 2 hours waiting for my table.

The meat was high quality, the service was very attentive, and there was a huge variety of hotpot, kbbq, and dim sum options. The price is also exceptional considering what you get. Would recommend to anyone, however, this is not an ideal location for a date, there is too much going on in front of you (each person gets their pot and the shared grill) for you to focus on a good conversation.

Just okay, meat are tasteless without the sauces. Soup base for the hotpot is good. Ingredients are not that good qualities. Love their veggies selection.

Had reservation for Christmas Eve, and although there were people waiting, our table was ready and waiting, so that was a plus. Orders and delivery of food were quick. It's our first time here, and we were impressed with the quality of the meat, vegetables, and sea food. Soup base was tasteful. Most impressive was that we never had to wait for too long to order more food even though they were pretty busy. Also the food was brought out pretty quick. Although there is a 90 minute time limit, we were able to eat our fill in that time frame. So overall we had a good experience at Superhot, and would return.

This place gets insanely busy at night. Food is tasty and I love that there are individual pots; however, nothing except the pork belly tastes Korean. It basically a Chinese restaurant and that's ok.

It was an experience, my SO and I had a lot of fun here. Amazing selection, the variation in their menu was staggering, and the quality of ingredients is top notch.

Only been there once but will definitely be back for more.

Note: Go with a large group so you can try more things, take advantage of the huge selection they offer.

This place gets 0 stars, don't waste your time on this place!
They are more concerned with your time limit for their next seating than to keep you with food and drinks. I couldn't get the food I ordered or a beer. When I told the manager we felt like we were rushed he said o well he has another party waiting for his table. That was 20 minutes before the hour and a half time limit rules. I like Goku 10000%prw than this place. Better service at Goku and better food which says to me they have superioranagent at Goku!

A few things would make the experience a lot better. Add the service buttons Korean restaurants typically have so you don't need to keep waving down waiters, and hire more waiters. Alternatively, have an ordering tablet at each table to facilitate ordering.

Best hot pot/kbbq spot we know. Their menu is massive and their meats are high quality. Plenty of pescatarian options for the non-meat eaters, too. The sauce bar is a nice touch

Best Korean BBQ + HotPot place in Bay area for sure! I can't wait to come back again, food is top quality, great ingredients, menu is full of fresh choices for you to decide what to get, service is quick and efficient, is very crowded during dinner, so you will have to arrive early or wait in line, there's a wait list in Yelp, very effective if you want to avoid being there waiting for more than 30mins. Don't hesitate, go and try it out as soon as you can! You won't regret it!

Food is of bad quality and the meat is not very fresh. The BBQ easily gets overcooked - very unhealthy. And the broth and condiments for hot pots are tastes bad.

$30 for ayce hot pot and kbbq! Lots of soup base and types of vegetables and meats. They even had popcorn chicken, which was pretty good! But watch out for your time limit because they will charge you afterwards. We easily reached 2 hours! Time flies when you eat good food and company.

The concept is to combine BBQ with hotpot. You get your own hotpot and a shared BBQ grill in the middle. Creative concept. Their meat is not bad and it's all-you-can-eat so it's definitely worth the price. The problem for me, though, was that the combination of BBQ and hotpot created a rather hectic dining experience. I was either busy grilling for myself and others, or busy trying to order more food because they don't give you enough at once. The grill was also easily charred, which delayed our grilling. The service was spotty. It was hard to get servers' attention. They basically rarely came over unless you held your hands high. It was a unique experience but it's not one I'd like to repeat.

I had heard about their crazy wait times, but our party of three only had to wait 15 minutes. Book through Yelp! Food was great, they have a selection of a 100 different items. Hot Pot soup was really good and they have a good beverage menu too.

I’ve come here three times - each time I’ve visited mountain view for work! Cheap nice hot pot and BBQ (though not authentic). I do wish they would consider adding butter or oil to the grill, which would really help with the cooking. But otherwise, we nearly always order everything from the meat options!

My friends forgot to join the waitlist on Yelp on Friday evening.we waited about 2.5 hours so we didn't get seated till 9PM. Thankfully I wasn't that hungry that day.

They have a very large and extensive menu with 100+ options. There was also a sauce bar so you can make your own concoction to dip your food into. Price is fair.

We didn't grill too much to be honest. Most of the meats we ordered could have either been grilled or boiled. Pretty good overall, and the service was quick. Hand pulled noodles were also nice to have since that's a little rare still.

Would come back but not if I have to wait that long again.
