Great place for freshly cut meat. Butchers on hand to advise as well as cut to your needs. Very well stocked with grocery and produce items as well.

Clerks were somewhat helpful. But my check out experience is bad every time I come here. Very rude customer service from cashiers almost every visit. I sometime consider traveling further just to have a good shopping experience.

The prices a little be higher than others markets but well 3 stars costumer service the bolillos always fresh

The only issue's I have here are the lines, if you're gonna buy something make sure it's a lot of somethings since the lines do take forever. Besides that they have a lot of the things you need in terms of food and the prices are reasonable

They were great for my last minute items over the holidays. They still had fresh vegetables and short lines. It was cleaner than the others. I will be shopping here more often.

People are friendly. There is no staging area and no parking at the place it is small, busy and pretty tight doors to back into not much pull up room. There is limited parking on side streets. I got here late at night parked then walked to the guard shack to check in. There are a lot of no parking signs but saw trucks parking anyway with bears driving thru and not bothering anyone. Produce is FCFS if you have something else they go by appt only. I had a 0900 and was unloaded with in 40 minutes.

I went in a rush to buy some meat and a few more items & I got dispatch by this friendly worker by the name of Albert, if it wasn't for his speed in helping me I would of not made it in time before rush hour hit, Superior needs to hire more people like Albert.

The store is nice and clean. The prices were better than reasonable. They had a big selection. The employees were friendly. The store has security. I want to throw a shout out to my cashier Ana. This was my first time shopping here today, but I promise you it won't be the last.

The store is clean and organize but the cashiers need to great their customers. The customers are paying them the paychecks

I was so disappointed & grossed out by this older man I don't know if he is just a simple worker or manager but he was touching all the food from hot foods & picking certain food & eating it with out paying and that's not sanitary at all, I hope the store manager looks into this & calls that man attention before my family & me take our business elsewhere.

I live a block away on Marygold but honestly there are times when they have a whole lot of people and o my two registers open with slow cashiers
. There doesn't seem to be no one in charge who actually takes responsibility. I'm leaving it's too much evemfir a regular customer such as myself.

The worst experience when a pay in the express line I got 9 products in total but I split that because it’s separate bills and when I was ready the cashier told me that I can’t do that in that line, I told her I never hear that before and she ask I guess a supervisor like “ no split bills in this line hu” and she agree I had no problem with that, but she’s was rude and make me feel like a fool I was so embarrassed. I was working for more that 10 years in a costumer service and that it’s no way to treat a customer I was there on 01/15/19 Chelsie was the cashier.

Third time here in less than a month they never have chicken wings and or stocked on neccessary cooking items. Like how do you not have butter it's a grocery store for crying out loud! No creamer! Just go to ralphs, food 4 less, vons, Albertsons, your local Mexican market anywhere BUT here! You'll end up having to make 2 trips anyways

Very bad service the cashier was rude and throwed my stuff and also other costumers stufd, I don't remember her name but she's a tall black lady. It was my first time at the store and my last won't be back

The chille Verde burrito is good enough to rival most sit-down and fast restaurants, and the service was excellent also everything was clean and neat.

I went there and I saw the procedure they are doing with the bottle recycling on register 8 is not right. They are creating cross contamination on the band. The bottle are being pulled out of trash can and have liquids leaking out. Later in the day they open the same lane to help customers check out. Which means us as consumers are putting our food on that dirty band. I spoke with the manager who blatantly lied to me and said they only open lane 8 for 4 hours in the morning to do the recycling and then they clean afterwards. When the manager walked away, a very honest cashier said she has been assigned to the lane before and ALWAYS finds it less than safe to handle food. And it is not only used for recycling but also to process normal transactions. I recommend not going to this location at all but if you must then I suggest staying away from lane #8.
