The cashier not friendly. She refused to exchange my $5 for 5 $1.00 bills so that I can take the bus. I forgot to see her name tag

My first time at this Superior market and I have to say I was impressed. It was clean, well organized, well attended. I very pleased. I will shop here again.

Like many stores, lots of registers, but really long lines at the very few that are actually open. I guess the only I go is because it's just a few blocks away

The market is great, it’s just one cashier, she’s about 80 years old, and wears too much make up, she is very rude and has an attitude problem, and she looks like a witch, and her customer service skills need improvement.

Everything was good until I got to the part of the restroom it smells and it's dirty back there I'd rather use the restroom by myself and go to the restroom but the rest of the market is okay it's just the bathroom part no thank you

Never have what I'm looking for, have to drive across town to a different place. Drives me crazy.thee only real good deal they have going on is the "weekend water deal".

Better than El Super. Pretty close to the quality of Food For Less. I'm happy they have merchandise from Sadaf.

This grocery store Carrie's lots of goods and my wife likes getting the veggies and some meats here. They also bake their own pastries, breads, cookies, etc. Plus they also make their own tortillas and chips.

Their newest method (in July of 2018), the weekly ad shows an item discount price, then they don't have at all. Management is laughing and says "hahaha, we don't have". If I say her to follow the law, she suddenly says, "we ordered but didn't receive it". This situation happens not first time. Shame on you, Superior!

Everything seems ok! Prices and vegetables are ok. But the time to pay it takes a lot of time! There's 3 or 4 cashiers working.and the lines are so long.

People who work there are very kind and they work to help you find what you need and the products are very good.

Employees are rude! This employee named Freddy in the vegetable section. Told us not to open the Cherrie bags.when they were all opened already! And I made sure i let a manager know. Right away. Hope he gets fired!

Asked told the cashier charge me for one bag she never did. So I said forget it and threw it in the basket and left.

I love the selection everyone is friendly they smile at you they say hello they actually make eye contact with you. And that smell of the bread baking is just amazing. Great prices good selection I try to go once a week.

Superior Grocers have many special includi vegetables and other things. They also have Mexican and others products.

Had a bad experience with a cashier today she needs to be train properly to deal with customers, now if you don't like your job quit it and look for something else

Me and my wife just had a very bad experience with a cashier, she's not only gross on the outside but she's worst on the inside, so we go shopping here almost every day, never had an issue. Until today i didn't catch the cahiers name but when I do I'll update this comment. So we were paying for our groceries half in cash and the other half with wic stamps. She started saying with a bad attitude that the milk we got wasn't the right one, even tho the register accepted it. We always get the same milk only this time she said that we got the wrong milk, ok we got the wrong milk according to her that doesn't give you the right to yell and give us bad attitude. We are not begging or asking to take it for free simply tell us which one is the correct one and we'll be on our way no need for your drama. I'm very upset about how she handled the situation and she even told me that she's in charge of the cashiers and registers like her cashier title is so important or intimidating to me. Then she calls her boss and i simply told him how come out of 10 times that we come only 1 time we can't take the milk we always get? She needs to be replaced or be train properly to give good customer service, now if she doesn't like her job quit it and look for something else. PS get some Proactive for the acne.
