Terrible place to work for and unprofessional company. They need new supervisors; ones that don't come to work smelling like marijuana. Keith is a compulsive list that promises pays and promotions that never happens. They don't appreciate hard work ethic and treat their good workers like garbage. If I could give 0 stars I would.

There customer service is very good and I had a good time there I was there from 9-3: 30 for on boarding process and interview.

Parking is easy to find, the office is very nice and welcoming, Allison and Rose were very friendly and made the interview/onboarding process very easy and comfortable.

If Keith is your manager make sure you keep your EEOC numbers and offices close by! The management and field supervisors are so unqualified and unprofessional. If I actually wrote a review on how terrible Management is at this place it wouldn’t even fit in a review, they hire all kids as field supervisors who are lazy, incompetent, unprofessional and straight out careless! I have filed a complaint with BSIS and an EEOC complaint so just beware of the unprofessionalism and how they don’t handle their guards needs nor do they care when there’s an issue going on with the guards so if you decide to take a position with them, be ready for everything that this place comes with which is a bunch of untrained unprofessional‘s. Oh and the best Managers were Sam & Abdul! When they made Keith a manager, he is terrible. When I tell you, this little boy is so unqualified and nonchalant about issues it’s ridiculous! Oh yes and he’s very unreliable and did I mention a liar So BEWARE FOLKS. Good luck
