We had them come out and pump or septic tank which by the way it’s a smaller septic tank and they charged us 1200 to clean it when I’ve gone with other places that were only 800 I feel like they’re a little bit over priced for the job they did you know what time it’s been rough I just felt it was way too overpriced I will not be going with them again.

Called Superior over the weekend and spoke to Gilbert about a septic issue. I explained the situation thinking it was an urgent matter and he assured me the issue could wait until Monday. I called Monday morning for an appointment and met Greg and Francisco Monday afternoon. They were on-time, extremely professional and very understanding. Greg provided a clear explanation of how the septic system functions, showed me where the tank and pit are located and explained what they would be doing to resolve the septic issue.
