Superior Tire Service, Colusa CA

I’ve been living in Chico for 7 years now but I refuse to get my oil changed anywhere but this establishment. They take walk ins, and have always gotten my car done in a timely manner. All of the employees have been very kind to me, and I highly recommend them to everyone! They even cleaned my windshield and vacuumed my floors! I cannot thank them enough.

Been there twice for tires and an oil change good service and it's close to home so it's convenient.

They made an appointment.we showed up on time.after an hour and a half drive to get there.we were told he left and went to Grimes.okay.how long will he be? One guy said 15 minutes the other guy said half hour.needless to say we left and had the work done down the street.for less!
Who leaves when they have an appointment? And he knew where we were coming from and how far it is! We will never go back there! Only giving 1 star cause you can't give less.and he was very nice on the phone while making the appointment.

Great place to go for what you need. Always great friendly service. I have bought 3 sets of tires for 3 vehicles there and they are great.

I really like how they don't have apts.you just show up and blam work done. Really nice office guys. Big tv with sci channel on so easy waiting.

Chava, at Superior tire in Colusa Ca went up and above the call of duty after hours to get my son on the road, so he could be home for his BDAY. My son had a blowout while traveling home from college, Superior Tire went the extra mile on a Friday night to find a unique tire that would work for his Camaro. Thanks for taking care of my son. Outstanding company and people.

Had two tires on our RV blow while driving up I5 for a long weekend. Called a few places and a tow truck and were told it would be at least 2 hours. Finally called STS and they were roadside within 20 minutes and we were back on the road in just over an hour. I can’t rave enough about their service!

This is one of the best tire shops I've done business with. The mechanics are skilled, the shop offers 24-hour farm service, and the front desk employees are friendly and know their products. I've never had an issue with the workmanship here, they dispatch technicians quickly in case of emergency, and the billing is fair and efficient.

Very polite employees and excellent customer service; came in for an oil change and they even vacuumed my carpet!

I’ve been coming here for years. Great prices, great services and the staff is friendly. I never have to worry about them over charging or adding things in to make me pay more out of pocket.
