SuperStorage, Paso Robles CA

We have been a customer at SuperStorage since 2016. The service has always been great and personable. The facility is well maintained and we have never had an issue. Very convenient location.

Amanda was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The storage facility itself has great security. I feel at ease storing my belongings there and feel as though Amanda is above and beyond what I would expect from a manager. Also a shoutout to Jennifer as well who was able to answer all my questions with patience and kindness. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Amanda is an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ve been a returning customer now for three moves and I’m very impressed by how well this business is managed.

Sign said open no one around. I went looking they were smoking in the back. Mad because I was in the building but the U-Haul app said go in and talk to them. Then ALL the extra stuff I needed for moving she said yeah I don't have any of that but I'll call and try to get it credited. How am I supposed to move when you only give me the truck and nothing else I ordered. Also truck wasn't ready at the appointment time. Unprofessional, sloppy and didn't have what I ordered. I have movers coming now and only half the stuff I need.

We had a medium sized (I'm guessing.about 8'-wide X 12' deep) unit @ this 28th St.location for approx.a year & a half.
Amanda, the manager, and Jennifer, her secondary-manager (?), were both ALWAYS the sweetest, most helpful, accommodating, understanding and caring people and I cannot imagine ever being forced to utilize anyone else to watch over our belongings.
Even with ours being a "special" circumstance, which, undoubtedly, only promised to complicate the matter for them, they still maintained a professional yet friendly disposition over the course of our entire tenancy and had even gone out of their way to help on more than one occasion.
I can and will absolutely recommend Super Storage's 28th St.location to anyone in need of the services they offer!

Jennifer in the office was great, the grounds are always clean and are well maintained. My only complaint would be the lack of bathroom on the facility. I was unable to utilize the storage as I would have liked due to not having a public restroom on site. Other than that it was a great experience

We rented a uhaul here and worked with Amanda to rent a storage unit on 24th street. Amanda made the process so easy!

Super friendly staff and very easy to get in and out of the area. Very safe to put your items there, good security.

Great staff, prices are s little high but if you need to store things this is a good place.
