SureStay Hotel by Best Western Vallejo

Old, dirty, stray cats everywhere, pigeon waste on walls and ground outside doors, sheets Stained and old, possible mold in bathroom, don't thing bathroom fan works. Luke warm water, low water pressure, garbage piles in nearby lots.

The list goes on. "Surestay" is bottom of the bottom when it comes to Best Western. I travel for a living and this was the worst BW I've been in, in years.

Knock on door every 30 minutes staring at 9 to see if your leaving at 11 very disappointed I work graveyard and my best sleep is in the am hours will NOT EVER come back to this hotel again! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

The girl at the front was SO sweet. Unfortunately, EVERY other aspect was a complete nightmare. We would have been better off sleeping in our car. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Disgusting, and terrifying experience.

If you're familiar with location, then you know what to expect.
Staff was friendly and thankfully the room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The NASTIEST "hotel". It was so Dirty and Smelled horrible! Sketchy parking lot activities going on. Rude staff! I would NOT recommend this place to anybodyyyyy! Sure stay? More like be sure to stay the hellll away from there. A nightmare roach motel with paint peeling off the walls! DISGUSTING

Friendly staff, very helpful. My t.v. Didn't work and they were quick to help. Room was clean.

Don't be fooled by the Best Western branding. This property is a low end motel. Bathroom floor was dirty. I would not stay here again.

It was like a home away from home it was clean comfortable and has the basic amenities that you would need, it's very quiet, every morning housekeeping comes by to swap out your lien for fresh ones, the manager and every front desk worker I have came across has been nothing but sweet and friendly from the moment I walked in. In the morning they offer coffee amongst other things.

Worst hotel I've been to, for $160 you get a thrashed property, people drinking in the parking lot, while the power shut off twice with in the 30 minutes i was there. Don’t go here!

Shockingly surprised at the size, cleanliness, and amenities available I these Hotel rooms! The location is on a bit of a steep hill and parking can appear to be overwhelming however, the rooms are huge and clean and have everything you will need for a night or two stay. Elevator is available as well as stairs to access the higher floors, the breezeways could stand to be swept but other than that I was happy with my time at the SureStay in Vallejo, CA

I ended up needing a room at the last minute on a family trip due to the original room i had reserved (at another location and company) feeling unsafe to stay in.the manager here was super accommodating and friendly! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Highly recommend.also convenient that it is neighboring six flags!

Bed sheets smelled nice and fresh, room didn’t have that foul hotel odor you sometimes get going into a “less expensive” hotel. It stocked with plenty of towels and overall worked good for my needs. Would stay again.

We rented three rooms. Had a refrigerator that did not work. They were going to come up and never did to fix it. I went down an hour and a half later got a screwdriver and a pair of pliers and fixed it myself. I asked for two towers for two of the other rooms that were Short we had 4 person in each room, under the bed of one of their rooms. Was a old sock. One room to shower would not work, the plug below would not let the water come out. Two of the rooms the hair dryers did not work. I tried to fix them but still could not. And they did not have time. They have quite a few people that live there monthly. It makes it hard for parking. The rooms are a nice size. And the bed was comfortable. Once that part it's very dark inside the rooms. 311 night or day was dark even with the blinds open. It was very dirty in the parking area lot of debris and trash There's more but that's enough. Have a good day if you go there. I would not go back

Walked into my room and it stenched of cigar smoke. Called the front desk, and they stated all rooms are non smoking. Why was this room made available if it stinks like this?

The keep the room clean. But forget to give you towels. Than the front desk say you can come pick some up when I called. This is my only complaint. The bed was super comfortable.

I Love this place I definitely recommend it for those of you who don’t have much money to be staying in those fancy Hotels we all love very much. Of all the cheaper hotels here in Vallejo this one is for sure the cleanest and I want to say the only one without roaches. The staff can be a little bit nicer or more pleasant to look at (as in smile more often) but other than that and being super strict in the mornings about paying on time their quick breakfast and clean rooms are worth the stay oh and let’s not forgot cheaper prices…thanks and have a blessed day

The staff goes over and beyond their duties. Very very clean.
No noise or crank heads.
No bugs
Overall great place to stay.

It has been great here at the sure stay they make me fill like I was at home the location was great and there was plenty of places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The staff was on top of everything
