SureStay Plus Hotel By Best Western Redding

Nothing special stayed for a night. Cheap rooms were clean bathroom was clean everything worked beds were comfey i enjoyed my stay

The hotel rooms require renovation, the location is convenient for an inexpensive overnight stay. There is a gas station nearby.

Nice, clean room. Pet friendly.
In room Coffee pot & supplies, refrigerator/freezer, microwave & flat screen TV and breakfast is included.

They also have a washer & dryer available for use.

Beds were super comfy and the staff was nice. Unfortunately I got bedbugs when I stayed there.

The woman who greeted us and checked us in was the best ever.
So welcoming and friendly.

I have blood clots in my leg and they offered me some extra pillows
I was going to ask so I can put my leg up and gave me ice cold bottled water
It was a nice experience

They don't let's dogs in the suits even if you pay more which sucks and the breakfast has such a limited supply of materials to prepare it that the timescale sucks. Needs improvement for sure.

Great Rates, customer service is always so sweet and helpful. My favorite place to stay away from home.

I don't understand why this place has bad reviews. I chose this place over motel 6 because this place is 1000x better! The room was clean and the customer service agent at the front desk was everything the pool was beautiful and the breakfast was great! The Ac worked amazingly compared to motel 6! Next time we come back we will 100% stay here!

Horrible place to stay.we spent 5 day's there.the last 3 day's I had to ask for clean towels every night when we returned an for them to clean my room.they never did clean my room. The lady before us checking in had toenail clippings in her bed an had to get a different room. Don't waist your money, homeless people all around the hotel.rude staff who refuse to do their job.

Clean, incredibly nice hotel.
Location not so god the only thing plenty of bad movement outside/ I still felt safe and could rest well, also fast exit and entry to highway on my way.

Yood service great location if u want to grab a bite to eat there is any restaurant u cpuld ask for within walking distance

Thin ceilings for hearing footsteps of above you. Stains on carpet and walls, toilet seat loose and off to side.be careful. Handicap accessible rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor. Dog rooms on first floor. Good breakfast and hostess maintained area for serving well.

One of the beds in our room was kind of broken. The frame was sunken in on one side. And one of the lights was funny. You had to position the plug a certain way for it to work.
The aromatherapy shower is the best part of the whole room in my opinion. That was really nice.
Free hot breakfast was okay too. Lots of options for a free breakfast which was nice.
The pool was okay but it was definitely not heated like it advertised and the hottub was closed for remodeling when we visited.
The service was great. Housekeeping and the front desk were very nice people.

Does the front desk agent exist at this location? I couldn’t tell because I’ve been trying to confirm a reservation for past hour and haven’t had anyone pick up the phone.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. The staff was friendly without being annoying like at many places nowadays. They got us checked in to a very nice room, the AC was cold on a hot night and not super noisy. Bed was comfortable enough for a cheap hotel (that's what this is nowadays, deal with it). The freezer actually froze our ice packs for our cooler so we had cold drinks for our road trip home. Super close to restaurants like Black Bear Diner and Dennys. Fast food in adjacent lots. My only complaint was someone pulled up at midnight one of the nights we were there with a sound system in their car that was literally shaking the windows in our room and stuff falling off the table from rattling around. Only lasted a few minutes before I heard them leave. Luckily we weren't trying to sleep yet, but that would have been annoying if we needed to get an early start the next day.

TV's are from the early 2000's and do not have HDMI inputs if you're like us and bring your own device. Bring a portable projector, the walls are plain and light colored enough to work in a pinch.:)

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. We needed a room in a pinch - and even the rodeo was in Red Bluff, we were able to get a room.located close to I5 and plenty of food and shopping near by.

One reason I chose this hotel is that it was dog friendly. When I checked into the hotel, I noticed at the front desk that there were quite a few monitor screens for the facility, which made me feel more comfortable as far as safety goes. I parked by the entrance right outside my room which was well lit. My room was decent and clean. I arose at 5: 30am the next morning and took my dog out to potty and stood in shock. The rooftop carrier I had on my care was gone! I was moving and had so many of my belongings in the carrier. I went to the front desk and asked if they could look at their cameras only to be told they had no outside cameras, but they were working on getting them. I called Redding PD and filed a report. When I left the hotel I noticed homeless sleeping on the sidewalks in the area. All I can say is "BEWARE OF THEFT! " For this reason I would not recommend this hotel!
