Surf City Suds Laundromat, Santa Cruz CA

I like coming here because of the location. When I first came it was very clean and that’s what I liked about it. I lost money coming here with the dryers on the right side 14 I believe and 15 and all that money that I was putting in was going to 11 and the dryer wasn’t even hot, there’s not a phone number in which we can call to complain to unless anybody else knows that information and would like to share please also there should be somebody cleaning the laundry mat maybe daily. It would also be nice. To know what the Wi-Fi password is because when using PayRange, it’s hard to get any reception in here and when I do try to pay it gives me a lot of complications. So now I’m back-and-forth with doing coins.
In conclusion:
1. Needs to be cleaned more often
2. WiFi password would be nice
3. A number or email where we can submit complaints from losing money or dryers machines not working that’s EASILY SEEN at the laundry.

Wishful thinking it would also be nice to have a sink and a bathroom.:)

Currently here the PayRange is giving me hell right now. Also one of washers was eating up someone’s coins.

Under new management, let's see if they clean it up or not I hope so I.really like going there, they should hire someone to open in morning and clean up before people show up I think it would help a lot.

Don't know what the other review is talking about. Lost not one but three quarters on the first load I ever tried here. It was clean with plenty of machines to eat your quarters.

The place is always clean and the management is quick to respond if there is an issue

Expensive, but for Santa Cruz it is secluded, more sanitary and not much riff raff which is why I chose this location. Santa Cruz can be crazy these days.

Spotlessly clean at all times. Professional. Safe. Owners are always available and helpful. In excellent condition.
