It's a local shop with very personalized service. The long-time owner Steve is friendly & helpful in giving guidance on packing, shipping rates, and knowledgeable answers to any questions you might have and takes great care with any boxes he packs for you. He also offers copying services, PO Boxes, and Notary services. It's a great local business to support with great customer service!

I have been using this facility to receive my mail for over 5 years and the last year I was getting packages that had been open without my consent, which is a federal offense. Addtionally, they were invading my privacy with the help of some government worker about my past, which is none of their business. When I addressed Steve about his inappropriateness, he hired a lawyer. Now I'm dealing with a lawyer that is not sending my correspondence to my current mailing address. Messing with people's mail is a FEDERAL OFFENSE, which Steve and his lawyer don't seem to understand. They need to stop pointing the finger at people and start to look within at their own actions.

Friendliest mail box and shipping office in PB. I always use them to ship packages and notarized items. The owner is very knowledgeable about the shipping business.

Super nice people, extra helpful and we haven’t heard a no about any requests ever. We’ve got a mailbox, use their shipping and even had something notarized. Always great service with a friendly staff.
