The deli really helped out and hooked us up for catering for a memorial service. The food was amazing and portions were large. Very friendly guys and understanding. Can’t wait to order from them again for another event. Thank you for everything!

There's always a line out the door for 'Just the tip' (it's a sandwich)! Great local shop, so glad they're still around. They do get busy around the lunch rush, and that includes weekends. You can order ahead online, but it won't let you order any of the specials. The parking lot is TINY, there is also parking on the other side of the building, as well as on the street; difficult at times, but worth it!

Great service and awesome food. Smoked brisket is moist with a ton of flavor and the sauces are great. One of my favorite sub shops hands down.

Great toasted meat filled sub. I am also a huge fan of shredded lettuce on my sub. They do a good job of making a filling sandwich, but it does run on the dry side. Ask for a side of sauce or pickles if you want to cut it back a bit. Otherwise you have a great sub to pack away for later. My go to spot for a quality sandwich to take on the boat or to the office to eat for later. Lunch gets busy so plan to call ahead or wait the time it takes to put together a quality sandwich.

Great food and friendly staff. Parking is very limited unfortunately. But definitely worth the visit. Respect this place pays homage to US Navy Special Forces in decor and memorial.

The atmosphere in the front area reminds me of a mom-and-pop shop, which always welcome. The seating area in the back and patio is interesting. I can see the surf/OB kinda feel they’re going for, but I don’t think it helps the restaurant for some reason.

I ordered a tri-tip sandwich, which was recommended to me by the person taking my order. I realized shortly after starting into it that the veggies and bread were reminiscent of something I would get at Subway. Additionally, I didn’t think the tri-tip was all that flavorful. As a result, I was disappointed by the experience. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I will note that I appreciate their hot sauce bottles that they sell separately!

This place is always a must when I'm working near the area. Staff is polite and friendly. Sandwiches are delicious. While you're in there get your self some hotsauce.

Deli was awesome. Both the food and service was top notch. Met the owner and spoke with his father as well. Great family owned restaurant. I will be back. The "Just The Tip" sandwich was fresh and delicious.

Deeeeelicious! Had the #10 BLT and #7 PL pointer before and this place is awesome. Bacon this time was so crispy, to excellent I simply could not NOT review. Proces are pretty reasonable to.especially for quality. For less than 18 you get a sandwich that can't be beat, two waters and chips. When in SD.this is a deli not to miss!

I’m not a big sandwich fan, but I love their sandwiches! Every sandwich on their menu is delicious. My personal favorites are the tri-tip and tuna sandwiches.
They’re also fast, so you can call or order online and your food will be ready by the time you get there. Great place for a quick bite!

Excellent sandwiches. Worth the hassle to look for parking. Stop on your way to or from a flight or fishing, or anytime you want to sink your teeth into FRESH deliciousness!
