Very clean, professional and courteous. The ladies were very nice and offered you water and greeted you immediately. Some places look at you weird and don’t even say nothing to you.
I had Heather and she was amazing! I’ve had plantar fasciitis for over 15 years and she was awesome relieving my pain.

First time at Surf & Sport Massage and had a mind-blowing massage with Sunny. I’ve had many many massages in my lifetime, and Sunny is by far the most talented, focused, and attentive. Seriously the best massage I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for this truly therapeutic and euphoric experience. I’m officially hooked:)

If you are looking for a massage to relax and have oil rubbed on you, this is not the place for you. BUT if you are looking for a massage that really works out your knots and makes you feel like a whole different person, then this IS the place for you!

I have been going to Surf and Sport Massage for years and I can attest that no therapist compares to Teri. I work as a nurse and also live an active lifestyle, so I am someone who needs to be worked on. Teri's massages always hit the mark, and her knowledge of human anatomy and musculature are incredibly apparent with her work. She always knows exactly what I need and how much pressure (which is a LOT) I require to really dig in and get my knots out. Most of my tension is in my upper back and neck, but Teri never fails to ask me what I need to work on each session. The combination of her strength + hot stones (which is always a MUST for me) make my 90 minutes so enjoyable.

In addition to her superior skills, Teri is just such a pleasant person to talk to! I always have a great time swapping stories with her and each session we just pick up right where we left off.

I always always always feel a million times better after getting my massage from Teri. Her limited availability due to her insane popularity is a testament to how wonderful she is! I've made mistakes of trying to go somewhere else for a quick fix and it just is not the same!

I am visiting from Nevada and made an appt.with Jamie. On arrival she went over
my intake form with me and proceeded to start our appt. The table was super comfortable and Jaime made me feel right at home. I have a severe stenosis condition in my lower back and neck with a surgery pending. Jaime found a bundle of nerves in my lower back and with her technique, released that bundle of nerves and I felt amazing. No more numbness or tingling. The balance of the massage was the best and it’s not often I’m left completely satisfied but this young lady was the best. Her commitment to the profession is commendable. I will definitely be back again. Thank you Jamie for making me feel so good!

I had the best experience and massage at Surf & Sport Massage. I booked with Terri and told her about my injuries. She was so knowledgeable and really worked on my trouble areas. I suffer from migraine so I get a very stiff neck, shoulders and upper back. Terri was so diligent and really worked out all of the tension. It was my first time getting cupping, she was great at walking me through it. She was so professional and made me feel super comfortable. I feel so relaxed and the pain is gone in all of my trouble areas. I am thankful I found her. I will be a regular now! Thank you Terri!

Stephanie was really good at communicating from the beginning to find out what areas needed work, to each area she worked through the knots asking about the pressure etc.very happy and will be referring people to this place.

When my wife and I moved to California we could not find a good massage therapist until we found Surf & Sport Massage. We both got a massage from Barbie, and it was one of the best massages we have had. Highly recommended Surf & Sport Massage!

Teri is amazing. Any ache or pain I come in with, she identifies then goes to work healing it. She has taught me so much about muscles and tendons and how to care for myself. The best!

Stephanie is the BEST! I’ve been seeing her over one year now. She has great techniques and knows how to work with my body. I came with shoulder/neck tightness from working in front of a computer and muscle soreness from workout. I feel so much better and relieved after each session. Great massage, relaxing atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff and owner. I have recommended friends and family and they’ve all enjoyed their experience and feel great afterwards. They are also accommodating and answer questions and make suggestions if you have recurring problems.

I have always had fantastic results at Surf and Sport Massage. I am very active and a massage once a month keeps me able to keep going at the pace I want. At this facility, it is easy to schedule an appointment, the parking is ample and the staff is always pleasant. Teri in particular, has extensive knowledge of the body and is always able to pinpoint what is causing me pain and relieve that pain. I would give more stars if I could but five is all I am allowed.

Game changer! One of the best massages I’ve had in my life, I came in with severe pain in my neck and shoulder areas barely able to move my head and left feeling brand new. Barbi has so much knowledge and she’s enthusiastic about her job, you can tell she‘a sure about what she’s doing. 100% recommended

ART- Active Release Therapy with Terri Lynn, I can't say enough. I had a severe shoulder injury three years ago that I reinjured a year later just as it was getting better. Two years of pain numbness, and limited, mobility has been amazingly helped. This type of massage is more a physical therapy session with attention to nerve and muscle release. Terri is very knowledgeable of the body and what parts affect other parts that truly have helped. I was very seriously considering shoulder surgery, but with a few sessions I am certain I will avoid that dreaded shoulder surgery. Thank you, Terri, looking forward to continued recovery and a pain free shoulder.

First time. 90 min. Deep tissue and hot stone. Stephanie was the best. She confirmed my problem areas that I wrote down in the online form prior to the session, explained all the procedures, the reason behind treating specific areas and ask for consent, and professional. Most of all, my shoulder, neck, and lower back feel so much better. I am glad I found my new favorite place.

Very professional, friendly, spa-like environment, backed up by excellent service! My neck was so stiff I couldn't turn my head to the left; Teri took the time to diagnose and treat the cause of the problem, and now I can safely change lanes again! Surf & Sport is a great place for a therapeutic treatment or just to indulge in a massage; I will definitely be back!
