Everybody is nice and friendly.
PANCHO, my neighbor, is a wonderful person, always nice and ready to help (also after midnight after he worked for 12 hours straight).
I believe he is an angel in disguise.
At least in the San Diego area, if you are nice and polite, people reciprocate with the same.
Cynthia and Sam were ALWAYS nice to me and very accommodating.
It was a nice little community that for the months I was there, I proudly called it HOME
They FINALLY got full hookups!
Just a place to park your RV. No services, but only a mile from the beach.
Clean gravel park, Sam is a friendly host who goes beyond helpful! Park is in great location; I-5 is like white noise. Fire station is nearby, so sirens periodically. Close for biking, golf, mini-golf, beach, restaurants, shopping. Fenced next to Hilton where you can buy a day pass to hotel amenities.
Nice, clean quiet park with only the basics. Perfect for us & Sam, the Manager, was awesome.
