Surfside Burger Shack, Eureka CA

Even though it was just carry out due to Covid-19, tthe service was excellent and the quality was wonderful!

The food is regularly fresh and delicious, cashiers hands out good service. I liked how clean it is and character. Keep up the good work.

There is amazing I would love to eat again I recommend for a lot of people to try their hamburgers are amazing and they actually are real hamburgers not like Burger King or McDonald's the fries are delicious too

I have always had a wonderful burger and very good service. My favorite is the mushroom Swiss burger. The onions rings are the best side.

Great food & service. The owners truly care about people and what they serve them. The quality AND quantity of the food is amazing. Each meal is made to order with fresh ingredients. Very Clean and Well run establishment, With all of the garbage food out there it is refreshing to have a place where you can get a real meal in such a chill environment. Keep up the good work! Whatever you are doing is excellent, don't change a thing!

Best burgers on the North Coast, bar none. A bunch of really good choices in a great atmosphere. Also the chili dogs are awesome.

Good people and good food

Awesome family owned burger stop has a lunch time crowd but just before and after you can stop in for some great food!

After a couple days of salivating over the memory of the mushroom swiss burger with bacon and having a delicious side of fried mushrooms, it dawned on me this was in fact the best burger I've ever eaten. WILL BE BACK VERY SOON.

If only I could surf, although there are plenty of waves each and every time we place our orders. Their fries are the best in Eureka!

Great burgers. Super onion rings. Very laid back style. Not a restaurant where you get seated. Walk to the counter and order then find a seat a chill. Worth the wait

I'm updating this review since it's been several years and management had changed hands since my original review. The food quality has improved considerably and is now a pretty pleasant stop to grab some food. The chicken and fries are little greasy for my tastes, but they have an excellent selection of both vegetarian and meat burgers.

There were 4 of us for lunch at Surfside. I really enjoy the comfortable large seating area. We all had burgers and fries and they were excellent. I especially like the fact that we can choose what size burger patties we want - a super smart idea on their part. I am definitely recommending Surfside to burger lovers.

Major Key.
Fries are always crunchy, never soggy. Never too salty. The attendants are always super nice. Its can get boisey in there so maje sure to speak up sp your order isnt made incorrectly.

Burgers are excellent, hearty and perfectly cooked. The fresh french fries are just the right amount of crisp. Oh and always always get the shark bites!

Burgers weren’t bad. Left them under a hot light for ten minutes, so the sides were torched. Service wasn’t great. Owner was cooking and seemed nice until you tried to talk to him. Miss the old crew.
