Surfside Urgent Care of Laguna Beach

First time we were treated here it was great. The second time, we were seen by Dr Tilly who was so afraid of Covid she made us go outside to be seen. She then referred us to ER, rather than giving my daughter a needed breathing treatment. Very disappointing when our healthcare professionals act like cowards.

The care was good, but I had to spend a substantial amount of time resolving a billing issue. I visited for a minor injury in 2021. The lady doctor was great, spent time helping me understand the treatment and how to take care of it myself afterwards. I paid out of pocket for the bill at the time of care. However, I later received a bill in the mail for an additional amount. Ultimately, I was able to work with the office to reach a fair payment, but this took a lot of back and forth on the phone. I would recommend Surfside Urgent Care for the medical care, but I would suggest being attentive to the cost and asking up front to clarify exactly how much it will be, including possible bills later.

Got a rapid COVID test. It was very fast- the process was efficient and everyone was very nice. The atmosphere of the place was delightful -beachy and updated, just great to be in there. So glad I found it!

Very friendly staff. I arrived early and was taken back before my scheduled appointment. The results were given to me within 10 minutes in hard copy form.

Lovely urgent care clinic! Beautiful ocean views behind the building in lovely Laguna Beach. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Super impressed with my first visit (for a Covid test). Very fast, efficient and everyone was really friendly. I was in and out in five minutes and had results texted to me before I got home. I called back later with a question and they were very polite and helpful.

The lady at the front desk was really rude, so I left to another urgent care where I can get a better customer service

I made an appointment and was seen minutes after my scheduled time. It was quick, easy and efficient. Unfortunately the test for COVID came back positive.

I’ve been a client here for two years, got 6 rapid tests at $175 each done and also seen their doctor fir a different issue.

Was at the tire shop across the street and had to leave my car there. Walked over and asked seaside if I could have a disposable mask for my Uber, and the girl very rudely told me no.

Kind of a silly thing to write a review about, but honestly that’s just ridiculous when they have boxes full of them right there on the desk. You don’t have to be rude about it, she could’ve explain why if there’s some reason.

They were very busy with a rush of Covid testing in the morning. They went out of their way to get me tested as soon as possible. I really appreciated it.

Love this facility, especially the staff! They take time for and really care about their patients.

The clinic staff and facility was excellent! I was treated well and promptly, and the physician personally called me the next day. I highly recommend Surfside!

Needed a rapid Covid test so my grandson could go to the Charger game on Sunday. We were in and out with no issues in about 20 minutes. The staff was very professional. I recommend highly.
