DO NOT GO TO THIS DR! She's unprofessional in so many ways. She made my grandma wait for 2.5hrs inside the room without anyone checking up on her on multiple appts. She even yelled at her for questioning the new medication she prescribed my grandma. Everyone has every right to question your orders Dr.

Very good and doctor susan is very respectful, I recommend this clinic for pilots getting their medical done.

Our family has been long time patients of this office. We love most the PAs but why is we can't get an appointment with Dr Biegel. Sometimes you just need to see the Dr for complicated issues and we have been trying for 6 weeks to get an appointment with her had labs done like requested but was told we could not see Dr Biegel only PAs I don't understand. All we want to do is the Dr on our insurance card.

I called to schedule an appt, (first time patient) and the receptionist told me they would call me in 24-48 hrs to confirm my insurance. I’m suffering from massive mastitis I can’t go to ER I have a new born single mother. I am not able to take my baby to the hospital with me for hrs (cause we all know ER takes hrs)

My husband and I both saw Dr Biegel today for new patient appointments and I felt compelled to leave a review because I usually look at the reviews before selecting a new provider. We had seen a previous provider in the area that was horrible, so we were a little cautious. My experience from the time I walked into the office was GREAT! Office staff was nice and courteous throughout the appointment. Saw a NP student first and she was super sweet. Then Dr Biegel came in and she was just delightful! She has an amazing bedside manner that is honestly lost with some providers. Not only that but she was so thorough which was exactly what I needed and wanted in a provider. I cannot tell you how extremely happy I am to have found this doctor. As I was leaving the office, my husband was still being seen and I texted him “I absolutely love this doctor” his response was “me too! ”

For almost a year I have been a patient at this facility. It has its cons but the pros far outweigh its cons. Dr Biegel is very knowledgeable and her years of experience and advanced education to perform some advanced procedures on-site is very impressive. Her staff is the best and I truly value my relationship with her ultrasound tech Daisy, she is the best! Overall, I know I am one of her difficult cases, so, I speak from a perspective if I was not. If you are looking for a quick in and out, this is not the place for you. Dr Biegel, is busy busy busy! But, if you are looking for an internal medicine doctor that can manage multiple issues and wanting to really help you get well or even just maintain your wellness, this is a good all in one physician office.

This doctor Susan Biegel, office is sooo bad! I tried and tried to talk to the Doctor her self who is my primary doctor which as of today I still have not been able to see her. I had an emergency issue and tried calling after hours. They are so old school they have a pager beeper which they never answer. It says they’ll return your call in 30 minutes I paged 10 times and never got a call back. I called the doctors office the next morning. The girls in the office said they would relay the message. I had 2 phone appointments and not one time did she call me back, one appt was today which the girl from the office called me and said the doctor would call me back, here It is now 7 PM. Still no phone call back my appointment was at 3: 30. I could be dead and this doctor still won’t call me back. I just paged them 3 times just now and still no call back, plus I’m a NEW patient. I reported it to my insurance company and they’re investigating it. There was one girl who was very nice and tried to help me but you can’t tell me this doctor is that busy.she shouldn’t make appointment she can’t keep I should charge her for my time waiting

This office use to be very good now I can’t even get a phone call for a phone appointment. I have been suffering from headaches and neck pain and now I’m having issues with my hands. It’s been three weeks and no resolution. Just want a follow up so I can stop having pain.

Whatever you do, do not go here. This Doctor is the epitome of the saying "profit over patients. "
For examlple, she has 3 offices and only has 1 referral cordinator who only works 1 day a week.
Another example, I tore 3 ligaments in my ankle, it took 3 months to get a referral for an mri, by the time I saw the orthopedic surgeon he I should have had surgery, but it was too late. He said my ligament healed and it would always be painful from the scar tissue from healing wrong without having surgery.
Also the only reason I wanted to go to this office was to see a female doctor and they never have one available.

Worst service I got there early no one was at reception. Waited 15 minutes no one had showed up yet.
