Sushi On Fire, Huntington Beach CA

Grabbed a late night dinner. We ordered the Boozy, Omg Mama, Spicy white dragon and Galaxy. All the rolls except for the Galaxy were very good. My favorite was Omg Mama and Boozy was my wife’s.

Went there and the place says they close at 9: 30PM, at 8: 35 they started removing chairs and got us the check, after paying and leaving 30% tip they came and took the soy sauce and started rushing us to finish. Like I’m still f eating I have food left in my plate…. Then said they close at 9PM but the light music everything off by 8: 50 pm while we and other people inside still eating… idk what customer service is that or what management they have very disrespectful wish didn’t leave any tip.

The server really fecked up our simple fried tofu appetizer.it was sitting w/our take out that we ordered for NYE. We asked 3-4 times & she told us she was "checking. " Then another server noticed we were sitting for about 40 mins w/our drinks & no appetizer. Thank gawd for her awareness.she actually brought it to us from the front of restaurant (where to go orders are processed). The of server came back to us & tried to get 20% tip after all this.we gave her 18%. She deserved literally 10% for not paying attention to our needs.

Horrible service when it came to telling there was a fly in my food container, then we took everything back. Happy birthday to me!

Very busy and cramped place. Tables not prepared and not clean. Food freshly prepared but without any notion of finesse - like in the raw fish restaurant.

My wife and absolutely love it here! Out of our 3 night stay, we visited 3 times, twice for dinner and once for lunch. We are from Seattle and have been to all the best most expensive places there, but seriously nothing compares to the quality fresh sushi and amazing service we get when we come to Sushi on Fire! Special thanks to our sashimi master, Sam, and our super attentive server, Vivian, for an amazing experience…we will be back!

It's a good sushi place. If it's full (small patio) then you can go down the street to the shabu place that has the same owners and serves the same sushi but has more space.

This was amazing sushi! By far the best I've ever had. My husband who isn't a fan of sea food had plenty of options to pick from. I would definitely come back for more!

Came here expecting it to be better then my local sushi place in the desert The rolls were good but I've definitely had better at my local place. Overall a nice place close to the beach for sushi but don't expect to be blown away, for two people 1 fancy roll and 3 basic rolls is was about $45

I’m a steak, rib, burger, burrito eating person once in a while I crave the sashimi salad here. Awesome! Love sitting outside and watching people (especially the women) on Main st. Great place for a date or just lunch by yourself.

Food came out very fast even with the restaurant tables all full. Alot of unique rolls, great sushi option for the area.
