We tried countless times at Royal Oaks post office to apply for passports for minors however we had a very disheartening experience. I’m very glad to say we successfully got our passports made the first time here. I will say you do have to get there at the crack of dawn however it’s definitely worth the wait!

They wrote "no appointments". If you think: they are will receiving you - this is a joke; you will come every day and they are will laughing on you. Don't waste your time at this location.
At post office I did for 5 minutes.

Went in for a passport application.
If you aren't in line prior to the doors opening, you won't be seen.
It is first come first serve. I waited 4 hours to be seen and I was number 11. My application was done in about 20 minutes, however to whom is reading this. Get there atleast 30 minites prior to them opening and plan ahead.

They have wheelchair access but no computer access for people in wheelchairs they are standup at a counter or a high stool to set on like a barstool.

Find somewhere else to get your passport. These people do not care to do their job in any sort of acceptable manner. All manner of details get left out of the process as you try but.since all fees are nonrefundable they have and can "run out the clock" on a any filing (passport or other) and keep you paying and do nothing.

Great service. Customers that arrived after they opened were still able to get a same-day appointment for passports.

Be prepared to wait. Get there early to secure your place in line and they will give you a number. Have all your paperwork and documents filled out prior to going or you will need to come back another day. We arrived at 7am to renew our passports, our number was called at 11am, and we were done by 11: 20. Bring a check for passport fees and then there is also a processing fee that can be paid with cash or card. The lady was very knowledgeable and helpful once our turn came. They only process a limited amount of passports per day so although they are open until 3pm they need that time to go through everyone who came earlier. Do not come in the afternoon expecting to get your passport, you must come prepared early in the morning.

Don’t come here! Wait forever, all the staff take break every two hour! A lot staff work but They are work 1 people as a time!

Showed up at 7am, there was a long line already. One gentleman said he was there at 5: 50 am and had a few people ahead of him already. They only serve 20 people per day. I was number 17. When asked how long it would take, I was told the wait was 15-20 min per passport request, ie it was going to be close to 3pm before I would be processed. I can't blame staff, as they are just employees. Take away: you need a whole day to get this done or arrive at 5: 00am.

I came in to apply for my passport, I’ve never don’t it before so I was hoping they’d be super helpful and nice but they weren’t. They were super rude, a lot of side comments and attitude. I needed to run home and grab my original copy of my birth certificate, they told me if I didn’t come back within 20 minutes I couldn’t do the application. I saw a lot of good reviews but I ended up being disappointed.

I got here at 9: 45a for passport processing.they were at "capacity" for the whole day.at 9: 45am? ! I still went inside to ask a couple of questions, waited 5 minutes and wasn't acknowledged by any of the 4 people sitting there.two were actually busy, one was at a computer, and the other came out eating something. I left. Really too bad this is the service being provided to our community.

This facility is a class act in bureaucratic mediocrity. Particularly their passport processing. How do you turn someone around who has driven more than an hour for a walk-in appointment at 8: 30AM with a straight face?

Every time I try to get my passport at this office, they have a sign on their door stating they are no longer processing passports that day. I called in to see if an appointment can be made and that service isn't offered. Tried different days and times of the week to no avail.
