The woman in the gun section was extremely disrespectful to me and my son on Christmas Eve on a gun exchange while he was on leave before he has to deploy out. Very Anti-military environment. I do like the gentleman in there he's very informative and respectful. She is not. I would never purchase a firearm there because how we felt leaving the store.

Always a pleasure to visit SOS. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, although recently my visit I noticed a newer employee in the store that seemed like he really didn't want to be there. A short little guy early 20's thin beard brown hair. He was working the firearms counter and was very occupied with his phone, so much so he seemed bothered by my asking questions. It was a stark contrast to what I'm used to seeing there. Hopefully he finds a place elsewhere to work better suited to his liking. That store is to good to have a disgruntled little guy detracting from its overall awesomeness.

Staff is the best in town. If you need something they'll find it for you. Prices are as low or lower than everyone else around.

I've had big experiences coming in here. I have bought a lot of farm supplies and outdoor equipment with no issues. The floor staff are always very courteous and helpful.
Purchasing a gun at SOS was a different experience altogether. Went in knowing which gun I wanted and having already verified that they had one in stock. The young man behind the counter was negligent and discourteous to my friend and myself. When I finally got him to actually bring me the gun, he rung me up for a more expensive gun, with more features than the one I was purchasing. My friend pointed this out to him and he proceeded to argue with us. In the end, a very helpful woman came over to complete the transaction and we had no other issues. Not sure if it was just an off day for the gentleman as I normally get great service there.

I was looking for a potted lemon tree as a gift for my wife. The had just what I was looking for.

SOS is an excellent place to pick up bird feed and other items for pets/ farm animals. They have always given good service.
