I have had a good experience every time I have used this location. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful and the staff in the lab were professional.

Terrible the wait time for simple blood work is ridicules. The staff in Petaluma lab is super slow and lazy. Three people in front of me hour and a half wait. The lady ahead of me left angry and still an hour and a half.

Front desk like a whole Sutter system is circus with clowns. A front desk lady about 40 y old with dark hair, is super sensitive and shouldn’t be in her position. This attitude isn’t for a job with patients since she is impatient. I just told her my concern about a doctor visit and rescheduling she ran away to get an office manager. Why? Shame on you! What ever your name is. We came to the doctor office not to have fun and your robotic behavior is definitely inhumane and rude. You do not have to make me feel guilty for my innocent statements, just because you live using my money I am paying to the worst Sutter insurance in the world. I visited Sukruti V. Udeshi I have been having chronic pain, I asked her to give me painkillers prescription because pain wasn’t bearable sometimes, her answers was - you tolerated pain for a year why were you asking help right now?
