Sutter Urgent Care - Roseville

The wait time was short 5-10 mins, saw the MD quickly, X-rays and Ultrasound done same night. Staff efficient and helpful. Rebecca in Imaging was amazing.

Another visit in 2023, Carly, the Nurse was great and Dr. Carolyn G was efficient and personable.

Roseville Sutter is the best! Always professional and everyone is soo helpful and friendly, they always fix my health needs! Whether Urgent Care or the Hospital/ ER, it is the "BEST! "

I found all the staff at Urgent Care to be extremely thorough and helpful. I will feel very confident I’ll receive the needed care if I need their services in the future.

Dr.was awesome. He corrected a pretty egregious mis-diagnosis (obvious poison oak exposure) from my visit to the ER the previous day and immediately took corrective action and now i feel so much better.

The wait wasn’t long & the doctor was thorough and ordered all the right labs to figure out what was going on with my daughter. Very thankful for this facility.

Excellent experience! They got me in from the waiting area into a room within 10 minutes, the doctor came in shortly after and she was amazing and so caring! I was in an out in less than an hour with a treatment plan. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor were wonderful to work with! I will most definitely be back!

The care team from the receptionist to the nurse and the physician deserve 5 stars. Giving only 3 stars because I had to walk round trip to building 2 for X-ray and ultrasound with my injured knee. The ultrasound was to rule out a DVT. If I had it, I could have developed a Pulmonary embolism while limping by my self on the parking lot. I wish you train personal for taking patients on a w/c or at least provide crutches or cane that could be easily cleaned in between use. Please, consider changing your policy. Thank you!

I received the best care at Roseville Urgent Care on Sept 21,2023. After being treated at another Urgent Care the day before, RUC re- wrapped my injury with care and wonderful service, including supplies to continue at home for my wound.

Great Care. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Listened to my complaints and treated me beyond what I could of asked. Both Nurses were outstanding and extremely Professional.

Besides taking great care of me in urgent care, they even tried to help me find a charger for my Cell Phone. Their team in Radiology finally succeeded in finding one and saved me a lot of grief! Thanks again!

Very efficient and expeditious service. Check in was very fast, o it have to wait for about ten minutes and they called my name. Staff very friendly from front desk receptionist, nurse and doctor. I was out in less than 30 mins

I was referred here by the VA when they couldn’t get me in. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, and extremely efficient. The wait was minimal, the doctor I met with was wonderful and truly listened to me and effectively addressed my issue, quickly and compassionately. Very happy with my experience overall!

Upon arrival I was greeted professionally and signed in by a very helpful assistant. My wait was fairly short, as a walk-in, without an appointment. The medical assistant was polite and professional. The doctor arrived quickly and actually called me a few hours later to ensure I had received instructions and understood them. Excellent experience.

Was in and out within an hour and a half. Overall a great experience. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the MA who took me in. She totally butchered my name (calling it out like 6 times in every which way she thought it would be) when calling me from the waiting room, then didn't apologize or ask what the correct pronunciation was. Went into the patient room and proceeded to yank down my mask to take my oral temp (without warning me or asking me to pull it down myself). Super unprofessional and honestly quite embarrassing.
