Sutter Walk-In Care - Elk Grove

Such a great resource for our community. I choose to come here over waiting for care in urgent care. I love that I’m able to make an appointment to be seen. The facility is always clean and the staff is friendly and kind. I seen Wendy Sue Chase NP my last visit and I’ve seen her before. She’s very attentive and knowledgeable and dose not make me feel rushed during my appointment. Overall always a great experience.

It is always a good experience to get care at Sutter Walk In Clinic in Elk Grove. The clinicians and nursing staff are professional and courteous. Care is provided with compassion and excellence. The process is efficient and the clinic is always clean and quiet. It is a great alternative to the busy urgent care clinics and PCP offices.

Last night my husband and myself brought our almost 2 year old daughter into the office and was seen by one of the nurse practitioners. When i tell you this lady seriously belittled me as a mother and spoke down on us really had me and my husband feeling some type of way! She told me that i shouldn’t have kept tylenol in my sick child to keep her fever under control cause now we don’t know how high it would have gotten! Is she serious!? We are extremely upset and will never be seen at that office again!

This was my first visit to Sutter Walk-In Care. I didn't know what to expect, but was extremely surprised by how friendly and efficient the entire staff were. If the need should arise I would definitely use their use their services again.

Beware of the wrong diagnosis and wrong prescribed steroids. Thank God I checked with my kids regular pediatrician, before starting wrong medication.

Sutter Walk In Clinics are great. I got in, got the test I needed and the meds ordered quickly. Everyone there was attentive, courteous and thorough. This is a great option!

It was my first time to check in on this site and I was amazed how professional the overall staff are. They treat me very courteously repeating every question I donot get the first time. Explained to me in details my issues and described the procedures to be applied to resolved every concern. Very great performance and am very satisfied. The Nurse Practioner excellent job.

Very friendly and quick to greet us. Went in for the third covid booster. Got our shot, sat for 15 minutes to make sure there was no reaction then were excused. Very quick and friendly.

Walked in told them I don’t have insurance and paid $181.60. Visited doctor and received prescription I knew I needed with no additional testing or services. Nothing was mentioned about paying more and received an additional bill in the mail for $152.40. Called billing services and they said I must’ve had additional work done but couldn’t tell me what it was. Rip off like the rest of the medical industry.

Quick and easy. I was there for a flu shot and in and out in less than 15 minutes! Staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was clean.

After tweaking my back, and unable to get an appointment with my Dr, I was able to get an appointment at the Walk-in Clinic immediately. Staff was very efficient and helpful! I was able to get Rx for injury!
