Sutter Walk-In Care - El Dorado Hills

My daughter received excellent care. There was an emergency with a patient that occurred earlier in the day that delayed our apt, our clinician was likely very overwhelmed that her day was behind, but she was very calm, collected, provided a thorough exam and didn’t rush us through our appointment.

Very nice clean place. Friendly and very accommodating staff.
However, I think the scope of services is quite narrow at this location. Is that something that is going to change?

Easy to make appointment, convienet hours, no waiting. Professional and helpful staff. Through exam including tests. Left facility with a treatment paln and appropriate medications.

This Sutter walk-in location is fantastic. It is always clean, and the staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful. They listen, and are respectful to the patients. Without hesitation, I would recommend this Sutter walk-in clinic.

Showed up at 11am when they opened and turns out i had to make an appt and they were able to see me the same day. It’s understandable due to the high flu season so i was fine with that. Dr Sawyer was very nice and was happy with the treatment.

Call first! I drove 30 miles to be told they could see me tomorrow. Their “walk-ins welcome” sign was out on the sidewalk.

The office is very clean and new! The front office person was very efficient and the Nurse practioner was wonderful!

These folks are awesome. Got me in on time. Kristi was amazing, some tough love, which we all need once in a while, and I rightly deserved. F/U next day was before I even got home from xray! Thanks y'all! You are doing a great job!

Excellent experience! Friendly staff, clean surroundings, efficient service. I had scheduled a 2: 00 appt, was taken to a room on time and done by 2: 30.

Clean facility. Very polite and helpful crew. The doctor was very easy to talk to and effective in her diagnosis.

Its very convenient and close to where I live. It is the best way to be seen quickly for lesser problems. Being open on weekends is the biggest benefit. These walk in clinics are awesome.

We got lost. He helped us find our way and still waited on us even though we were late. Great customer service and care!

What an amazing experience. Kristi, the Nurse Practitioner, and the Medical Assistants, Oksana and Lily, are all so professional, knowledgeable and I received the best care! I highly recommend this Sutter Walk-in Care clinic.

Was helped as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Tests were taken, diagnosis given, prescription sent to pharmacy quickly and professionally. Excellent service and very caring people. So glad to know they are so close to my home. Gives me some peace of mind as the closest sutter hospital is a good 30-45 minutes away.

This was the first time I used Sutters Urgent Care. I’m a Sutter patient do it was nice that they already had my records in their computer. One thing I didn’t know is that you can make an appointment so people were coming in after me and went ahead of me. So next time I’ll call and make an appointment for sure. The staff was super nice, welcoming and professional. Pam the nurse practitioner was excellent. She gave me lots of time and great advice and good medical care. I will totally use your services again.

I had a painful and itchy infection in my eye. I felt scared! It was great to have it checked so efficiently and learn what to do to cure it.
