Great People! Excellent Customer Service! Very Friendly and informative about everything not like other travel agencies whos goal is just to sell you a ticket. This place actually answers all your questions and concerns and they even gave us a free gift bag as a first time customer as well!

As a longtime customer, I was incredibly disappointed by my recent visit. I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional customer service. After waiting for nearly an hour, the receptionist rudely responded to my wife and I by turning us away. I will not be a loyal customer any longer and will certainly recommend that my family and friends stay away too.

I booked my vacation with SVH, Star was my agent, who worked closely with me to get me a good package and i was pretty satisfied with her. A week later i did find a cheaper rate ($500 difference) with another agency and when i asked SVH if they can match the price or give any incentive, that was denied and said they dont usually do anything like that, which was fine since i had already purchased it. However the receptionist, Gohar who answers the phones is really not customer oriented. From the minute she answers the phone, her tone is not inviting at all. I went to pick up my tickets (carmela helped me then), and later when i opened the little package it came in, there was a slip that said my purchased qualified for a gift box. Long story short, they forgot to give me the gift box; when i called and told them, the only thing they offered was for me to go back and pick it up. Mind you i dont live anywhere close to Glendale. So i asked for them to mail it to my home, and of course that was denied as well. I will NEVER book any of my future travels with them.

So above, was my previous review from earlier today. Just now, Vahiks son, who is the owner of SVH travel, actually hand delivered the little packages to my home. So because of the time he put in, I will also put in my time and revise my post. A little bit definitely goes a long way, and the fact that he drove out to my home in this crazy holiday traffic shows to me great customer service from the owner. SO THANK YOU!

This agency is lacking in all aspects: knowledge, fast turn around, and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Because of the incompetence of one of the agents (Anet), my mom is stuck with a ticket for Nov.when she asked Anet for a ticket in Sept. She will miss the birth of her grandchild because of the agency's error. When I called to speak to a supervisor to rectify the situation, instead of having a productive conversation, I was met with hostility. He yelled at me and wouldn't stop his rant to allow me a word in.

I am disappointed, irate, and disgusted.

Take your business elsewhere.

I have used Internet review for 4-5 years but never have a I left a review until today. I am very happy with the service Iness has provided many times. My close friends and I travel quiet often and she has provided excellent service every time. I will definitely go back to SVH because of her. Iness is very friendly and honest. I wish all the travel agents were like her. Overall with her service I will give a 5*

They always have really good deals, are very knowledgable on the destinations they are offering - what to do, where to go, really tons of usable information for tourists.

Plus they have very competitive prices, not talking about throwing in some perks for their customers:)

Vahik knows exactly what my family needs each and every member, he knows what my kids like base on their age and interests, this year I booked our vacation last minute we were completely surprised how Vahik found us the best deal for the location and the dates of our request. When we ask about a destination the employees are able to tell you detail by detail when and where to go, because they’ve been there themselves.
