-10/10. Driving on the 101 north home from Santa Rosa. Was behind him at least 2 car lengths. Driver stated throwing his hands up at us out the window. Moved over and got side by side with us and started mouthing off at us and flipped us the bird. Was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic to try to catch up with us. Severe display of unprofessionalism and road rage.

Came out for a noise complaint 3 times now and they only got louder after waiting over an hour for them to show up every time. Absolute garbage.
