Great little spa with sauna and steam room amenities. Went there today for a couples massage and we were greeted with wine and chocolate. Definitely will go back.

So, my best friend bought me a spa package for birthday as a surprise and because it was a surprise I didn't know what I was getting. I called in to schedule my facial appointment (not knowing what kind of facial she purchased). I came in to the appointment and they were like ok you are getting this kind of facial. After the appointment ended I came out to see what I had left in the package to schedule and they told me that I had only my feet massage. Mind you, there were 5 things in the package. A facial, a full body massage, a scalp massage, a foot reflexology massage and a ear candle wax service. Jeff said they did the most expensive facial on me and that what my friend paid for had only enough money to cover the foot massage. So they lied to my friend who bought the package and do NOT care for their customers and they take advantage of them. Jeff, the manager said he'd fixed it, only after my friend had a full on yelling battle with him threatening to sue. He never did. When I went back to complete my services he told me I was to pay a $45 tip later. Im thinking he was going to give a free seevice or something for all the problems he caused but instead he follwed me out the door, mind you Im a single female. It was so bad to where he was chasing me down the street for the tip - which is completely illegal.

I have been going to this place for over 10 years. Ever since Harry opened it up. The new manager, Jeff, and the staff, especially the masseuse and facial ladies, really give you your money’s worth. Great staff.

There must be a cult following here where they only cater to their current clients, or fake reviews. My bought me a gift card for xmas for $150. Being my busy schedule, I barely made the appt early in the day and they scheduled me a 4pm and I booked 1hr30mim massage. Upon arriving, the manager (I did not get his name) started bragging about the products used, asking what I currently used, saying theirs is better. Gave a me a tour and asked me if I wanted a complimentary steam since I was early. I showed up on time and I said, my appt is at 4 so I dont think I have time and he gaslit me saying it was at 4: 30. Whatever, I wanted a massage and so I changed and waited.waited and waited. It was about 5pm, and they were gonna be closing. I saw some woman walking back and forth (it was dead in there) but no one showed up. I finally got up to see the hold up and basically, no one could serve me and all i got was a louzy apology with no urgency to rectify. I would have been fine with a discount on a service but there was no attempt to keep my business. I already knew they were not gonna refund so i contact my bank for my funds back. This place is horrible and does not care about getting new customers. I would suggest going somewhere a little more upscale where they care and atleast speak English.

Great place for excellent massage experience at a steal of a price compared to most day spas. Like a scaled down, older fancy spa. Extensive spa menu, sauna, steam room, showers, etc. Have had 4 massages, each with a different therapist. Each was a unique experience with very skilled technique. Only four stars just because it's an older place, other than that it's worth the trip.
