Worst Brazilian wax experience today. I had my first Brazilian with Ali over a month ago and she was thorough, kind, and really took her time. She offered suggestions and answered questions. Today, the technician was in a huge rush, was not interested in interacting and appeared to be bothered by the entire interaction. She was short, almost non-talkative. But the worst part is that now that I am home, I noticed that she missed a couple patches of hair. Not surprising, considering how fast she completed a full Brazilian in 5 minutes tops. That’s way too fast and careless.

Didn’t have a great experience with my Brazilian. The waxers technique was not great, I felt more pain than I normally do. They didn’t know how to pull tightly next to the skin to alleviate some pain. They also barely pressed down after to dull the after pain.

There was zero after care, I walked out sticky and feeling completely bruised. Every other place I’ve ever been puts some kind of oil or serum on post wax to get rid of residue and close the pores. At bare minimum they should get rid of the wax residue.

I now have developed a rash which has never happened to me at any previous Brazilian waxes. Additionally, they missed pubic hairs slightly outside the bikini line as well as hair clearly in the area. I have the equivalent of razor burn now, so overall horrible experience and results. I can already feel stubble coming in less than 3 days later.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Which is too bad bc it’s conveniently located.

Recently moved to Oceanside and was looking for a go-to salon for my monthly facials. Found Sweet Cheeks and completely fell in love.

Love this spot! If you need a facial or a wax this is your spot. Rooms are clean and the front lounge area is cute. Courtney is my favorite, love her. I always have my waxes with her. Always satisfied plus I get a 15 minute coupling session she and her staff are awesome.

Store was cute, staff were nice. I got a brazillian wax and was not very happy with the final results. It felt very rushed, I felt like I couldn't catch a breath between strips. For aftercare all I got was 2 sprays of witch hazel. When she was done she left the room so quickly I didn't get a chance to show her all the spots she missed. Had to pluck a lot when I got home. My skin felt more tender and irritated than usual. I got a good deal on groupon, maybe thats why the service was not the best? Personally, probably won't be going back here for a wax.

OH MY GOD. Splendiferous. Wonderful. Cassidy is LITERALLY a godsend. Got a facial for my birthday from my partner’s mom and I WILL BE BACK ON MY OWN! Thanks guys. Cute atmosphere too.

Super disappointed in my most recent spray tan. Nora was lovely but for whatever reason, I am just as pasty as ever. I noticed that I was less bronze walking out of the appointment than previous tabs but I assumed that they changed the upgraded formula. As the developing hours passed and my color barely changed my heart sank. I’ll be running to the store to get some self-tanner in Italy before jumping into a bathing suit.

[Note: I am a monthly subscription holder for their facials]. I come to Sweet Cheeks every month for their custom facial. I am a big fan of this service and I have noticed a big difference in my skin. I have been coming here for roughly 10 months now. In addition to full spa service, there is also a small boutique with skin care products, jewelry, clothes and smaller items. I love their curation of clothes as well, it is all very comforable and cute. Highly recommend this beauty bar if you are in need of a facial/massage/spa service or some cute clothes.

I just had a facial with Alejandra. She was sweet, very nice relaxing massage and even has nice little details like lip balm after. The place was nice, people were friendly, would definitely recommend it.

Everyone was so amazing and kind Ali and Cassidy were so amazing with my lashes and eyebrows I felt confident leaving the establishment 20/10 recommend!

Nora was so profesional and skilled. She helped me from the moment I called to the moment I left. She has amazing spray tan skills and showed that she really took care of all the small details that are important with the best spray tan experience. Her technique was unmatched and had such a natural looking spray having me feel like I’m ready for a bikini runway walk!

This is the best place for getting waxed. I've tried European Wax Center and they are not very detail oriented. Brittany and Ali are great they make you feel comfortable and make sure to do a thorough job. Making sure that they do not miss any hairs. The environment is very friendly and the staff is marvelous. I would recommend anyone looking to get a wax to come here.

Joslyn and Courtney were amazing. I got a massage and a custom facial. They were both very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. All of their products smell so good. Definitely worth the visit. Thank you Sweet Cheeks!

We were in town, as tourists, and found Sweet Cheeks to be delightful. Since the appointments available didn't fit our time frame, we returned a few days later for an eyebrow shaping by Alondra. I was thoroughly pleased. I enjoyed the quiet time, just for myself, that this pampering provided. My eyebrows turned out exceptionally well and Alondra was very professional. The entire staff was efficient and welcoming. I will use my need for tidy eyebrows as a reason to be a tourist in Carlsbad often.
