Sweet Daze Donut & Boba, Menifee CA

I been coming here for over a year.the people that used to work here were really really nice and made everything with love.this WAS my favorite boba place before the new staff came in a few months ago.the 2 new ladies do not deliver great customer service.you get greeted inside and they go to the back! The new manager was on the Phone while she was taking my order! I find that so disrespectful.today I ordered a taro milk tea and it was a brown color and not its usually purple color.so I tasted and it did not taste like taro and I ask her if she can add something to it because it was missing something and she said "that's how it' says it's made so I made it like that I dont know what else you want me to put in it". And I said "well it's not its usual purple color" and shes like "look thats how it's made I don't know why it's not purple". They need new people running this place, people that care about customer satisfaction.so for that I am not returning here and I'm disappointed.

I was picking up door dash here for a customer the donuts look amazing here so I decided to try a Bacon donut it was delicious the donuts prices are a little bit more than others places but Worth it your paying for good quality donuts and they have different quality of choices that u can't find nowhere else around town I found my new spot,

I have been coming here for a while and i must say that you can definitely see a difference in the change of management. It’s a great atmosphere to come into. I am very happy to be a loyal customer. The donuts are always fresh and it smells great when u walk in. I will continue to come with my kids.

The bagel breakfast sandwiches are great! Nice selection of donuts, friendly girls working the front. A bit of a wait but well worth it!

I have found my new donut shop. By far the best donuts and drinks that I have found in years. The staff is beyond amazing. They couldn't be nicer from their manager Jennifer Angie and ramero.

Employees were really nice and service was fast, but the cup where my drink was made was not washed because there was residu from the previous drink on my drink… so unsanitary will never go again.

The donuts and smoothies are great but today the GM was incredibly unprofessional and rude to her employees in front of customers. I would hate to work for that lady. Poor kids: (

I was greeted by an employee but then she went to the back and never came out again. Poor customer service. I supposed customer service was their top priority being a small business but I guess I was mistaken. I waited 20 minutes no one came out so I just left. As I was leaving I did see more than one employee so I was even more disappointed.

Best donut shop around! I've past by this donut shop for years and never came in until today and man was I missing out all those years the food is so good and very well priced you won't be disappointed!

Went their for the first time, very large menu which was nice.ordered a ham, turkey and cheese croissant sandwich, and 1 mocha frappe, asked for whipped cream like the picture showed and we were said doesn’t come with whip cream but put some on anyways, got home to find our sandwich was egg snd cheese croissant, tried calling no answer, so we shrugged it off, husband went in today for 2 of the mocha drinks, told them about the wrong sandwich and they didn’t care even tho we paid 1.00 more for the wrong sandwich.asked for whipped cream and she said 1.00 more‍️Really.bad customer service

Food and service is really good, coffee is fantastic and everything seems fresh. Will definitely come back

Been a regular here since they opened two years ago. Literally here every other day before work. The product and taste is great but the workers are incompetent and don't get enough training. The turnover rate is astonishing you never run into the same girl twice except for KENNEDY who I am writing this review for. Was hoping she'd phase out like the rest but nope still here and is destroying my regular destination. First instance she dropped the stir stick on the ground, picked it up and proceeded to use it to make drinks, disgusting! Second time, after making one drink for another customer she proceeds to start cleaning the work area, goes to the back and gets a mop, literally ignores my drinks until the other girl comes out and ask where's my order. She's like oh I didn't realize there was another one. How? You took my order! Third, which was today, another girl takes my order then proceeds to make the customer in front of mine order, KENNEDY comes out and helps out the rest of the line then makes orders in the opposite order. Last people to come in got out first. Meanwhile I'm still there waiting for my drink while she's already dished out others. KENNEDY doesn't know how to use the POS, screen/order or any of the stores systems. Or realistically, even to use common sense. This place is overpriced (by a lot) compared to the chain boba shop down the block but I always wanted to support the small business shop, plus it has donuts. But KENNEDY is ruining this place!

Donuts are standard nothing extraordinary. Their brown sugar milk tea boba is sooo good. A must try. Their service can be better as u walk in they always usually ignore you until you are ready to order

The location is clean. Staff are friendly. Donuts are fresh and drinks are delicious. Come for the breakfast sandwiches though!

It's the 2nd time I buy a sandwich they charge me for extra avocado and they don't put any. Last time told not to put onion and the girl on front it's on her phone and don't even put attention.

Early afternoon and they were out of apple fritters. Open late but I guess when there're gone, there're gone and they don't make any more.

My go to for donuts and tea. Love their passion fruit tea and their sandwiches. Very clean and efficient place. I just love all their food.

A great selection of items and friendly staff. So happy to have a nice boba shop nearby. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is their Vietnamese coffee can be hit or miss; sometimes it's much more bitter than others, but beyond that I've always enjoyed my experiences.
