The female waitress who ordered the food had a terrible attitude. She even had a bad attitude. When I asked where the cash payment was, she was very aggressive and had a very bad and unfriendly attitude. She made a face like she owed her the whole family money.

The desserts are really just.okayish. Not helping when they even made mistake on a simple order.

Extremely disappointing customer service. When I had a question to ask the manager, instead of asking me “how can I help you” his first sentence is “are you the one having a problem”. That moment I know that not only my question will not be answered appropriately, but also I have to handle his unprofessional attitude.
It’s hard to believe the manager of a business would communicate with the customer in such rude and argumentative manner. For no reason the manager got so self-defensive and kept answering my questions with sentences like “you are the one wanted to ask this, you’re the one wanted to order that…”. To me it seems like the manager rather spend time arguing with the customers than actually solve the problem.

Worse dessert I ever ate! The takoyaki is hard on the outside and super liquidity inside. It tastes like it is not fully cooked. The staff literally said they just reheat The frozen takoyaki. I was extremely disappointed and when I talked to the manager about it, she did not offer anything to make our experience better. She said "they won't remake it nor give us any discount since we ate some already. " She called this takoyaki "爆浆”, a molten lava texture. The manager said it's our fault to not ask about it before we order but how are we supposed to know when takoyaki usually always comes a certain way.

We also got a papaya grass jelly that tasted weird as well. It taste like they just opened up a can of grass jelly and added two tasteless papaya with a little bit of syrup on top.

Overall had a horrible experience with the food as well as with the manager. Will never come again!

The mango pancake was delicate and delicious! And the suit dessert we got was the sesame and red bean and I have to say the red bean was a little bit more watery than I prefer but the flavor was subtle, lightly sweet, and enjoyable. Actually, I think the spot is more well known for its Japanese, soufflé pancakes which will definitely be my go-to next time. If those are amazing, I'll probably up my rating to five stars! Great spot for popular Hong Kong and Chinese desserts!

Ordered a taro coconut milk drink and the total was over $7 for a small. When I asked why the menu I got had a different price she replied that’s the old menu price. Really, you shouldn’t be handing out menus then! So not worth it!

I imagine I would get better service from a maximum security prison. The server put down all the desserts without telling us what they are and seemed like we greatly inconvenienced her by asking her help to determine what each dessert is. She merely responded by asking us to look at the dessert to know what it is. Frankly I am baffled where the hostility came from. Maybe she is having a bad day but the rest of the staff also seem to be unfriendly. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Tried this spot out for the first time. I was looking for a nearby milk tea shop within walking distance of Lunasia.

The worker that I interacted with was really nice and sweet, and I took advantage of the BOGO/Happy Hour deal that they had and got two, gigantic Thai iced teas for like $6, which is a steal.

The Thai iced tea tasted great to me. And I wouldn't hesitate to check it out again for Happy Hour.

The sweet soup and desserts were always so great, never failed. We came here to hangout many times! Love all the choices we have had:)

My sis just called to inquire about position, a woman on the phone, whether it's a stuff or a manager, was impatient and very mean, I was surprised by the management, as a consumer I wouldn't want to go, and wouldn't Recommended to people I know.

Used to like the place but unfortunately recently the quality dropped below average. 楊枝甘露 for example mango is too sour and too hard, and tapioca was overly cooked. The service was slow too. Hope in the future will improve

Takoyaki was nice and crispy and the tofu deserts were delicious! Prices were fair.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with this spot and their menu is sizable; confident there will be something for everyones palette

Really good Hong Kong style desserts. A little pricey but nice setting to enjoy sweets w friends and family.

The lemon grapefruit peach gum I ordered today did not contain half a peach gum, and there was no grapefruit in the poplar nectar. The mangoes were raw, and the mangoes in the mango pandan looked like chewing radishes. There was no straw or spoon for takeout,! If the service attitude is not good, at least the food must be delicious! If the food doesn’t taste good, at least it must be made with real ingredients!

They are doing the minimum to get by. If you start with good ingredients, everything here would be good. But nope.
The mango was not ripe nor sweet.
The matcha ice-cream was super icy.
The tapioca pearls had no flavor at all!

Great desserts. Everything I've tried has been fabulous. I even took my sister the last time she visited, and she loved it too. It is a little on the pricey side, so I don't go often, but I have enjoyed it every time I've stopped by.

This is one of my favorite Hong Kong style dessert places. All my childhood favorite desserts are offered here. There used to be one in Arcadia and it was closed down.

Among all the yummy desserts including red bean soup, walnut paste soup, almond with egg whites, and tropical fruit cold desserts, I like the almond milk with egg white the best. It brings back good memories when my dad used to take me to the neighborhood dessert stand to get this dessert drink. The egg white is very smooth with the milky almond drink.

The mochi waffle ice cream with red bean is another of my favorite. The chewy and crunchy mochi waffle is a very pleasant eating experience. This one is a new dessert as we didn’t have mochi waffles in the old days in Hong Kong.

This place is very small. So most of the time, there is a bit of a wait. Parking can be a bit tricky here. The parking garage in the back only has a few spaces. I normally park on the street.

If I can give 0 stars, then I will definitely give 0 stars. The environment of this store is very unhygienic, the service attitude is very bad, the quality of this store manager is very bad, it’s like I owe her money, I ordered There are actually small flying insects in the desserts. I don’t understand why someone would make such disgusting food. No one can help me solve the problem. I will never come to this restaurant again. I left sadly the first time I came. It’s very sad. Bad review! It is recommended that everyone do not come!

Three of us went for desserts, but only 2vout of 3 were good, the souffle that they were supposed to be famous for was not fully cooked and was raw in the middle, when we asked the server if that's the was it is supposed to be, all he said was he doesn't know and if you can taste the egg white, then it is undercooked but visually you can't tell.are you kidding me? There were alot of customers there and I had to go to work or I would still have complained, but one thing I know, not ordering the souffle anymore.
