Swimtelligent Swim Club, West Covina CA

Professional knowledge still needs to be learned from professional teachers. My 4-year-old baby has never been able to swim. He started learning this summer and now he can swim around in the water by himself. I am very touched and grateful to Coach Wu for his hard teaching. The teachers here are great and very nice to the children!

We’re been there since the club open, my two kids love their club and coach very much! All the coach are super professional. My older one she start at 5, after a summer, she already can freestyle swim. I am so thankful that swimtelligent really teach them how to swim not just play.

We have been taking our daughter to Swimtelligent for 6 months and really love this place. The environment and the staffs are great. Coaches are professional, kind, and patient. They also have excellent water quality, my daughter has eczema and has no problem swimming in it.

This place is highly recommended. My son has been enrolled to swimtelligent since they were soft opening. I happened to know them thru social media, the outcome was wonderful. He had 10 sessions from other swim school but still couldn’t swim after all, but he picked it up from swimtelligent real quick. Facility is clean, coaches are nice to little kids and scheduling is a breeze. They do have clear makeup policies, front desk staff is also easy to work with. Definitely 5 stars!

Swimtelligent Swim Club is the best club we’ve ever been to. The coaches here are all very professional and patient. The indoor swimming pool is heated all-year around, and the changing room is very convenient. My 6-year-old daughter was afraid of putting her head under water before learning, but now has learned Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke, and will continue to learn more techniques. The front desk and online chatting administrator is always helpful with scheduling classes and answering questions. Definitely recommend this swim club for all my friends!

Excellent environment and professional instructors. My son has improved a lot since he started at this swimming school. His swimming movements are more standardized. He also likes his instructor very much, and very enjoys his sessions. Highly recommended for everyone who considers to learn how to swim.

My 7-year-old daughter received coaching from Coach Phoebe to improve her swimming skills here. Coach Phoebe is serious and professional, and her daughter has made rapid progress in breaststroke and freestyle. My 4-year-old son has just started learning to swim. Every instructor at the primary level is very patient and methodical. The child is not afraid of water and enjoys swimming lessons. This is an indoor heated swimming pool that is warm, dry, quiet and comfortable. I no longer have to worry about my daughter’s training in winter.

Coaches are very professional, passionate and inspiring at Swimtelligent. Their individualized and tailored swimming lessons suit students at all levels (i.e, babies, beginners, adults and competitive swimmers).
Under coach Phoebe's guidance, my kids not only have improved their stroke techniques but also have greatly enhanced their overall endurance and strength levels. One highlight of the swim lessons here is coach Phoebe's philosophy of teaching. She has created a perfect balance of being strict with high standards/expectations and can at the same time inspire my kids with her passion and energy. Her attention to details is also remarkable as shown in her constantly giving feedbacks via speakers when the kids are swimming with earphones. They have improved dramatically over the past few months. She is phenomenal in pushing them to reach their potentials while keeping spirits high. I would highly encourage you to try their lessons. All coaches are great as being noticed while I'm watching my kids taking lessons.
Their swim pool is very modern with clean and well-maintained restrooms/change rooms. Wait area is comfortable and relaxing. Very accessible location as it's close to I-10.

I can only say that it is not suitable for my kids to change teachers frequently. If you want to have a fixed teacher in class, you can't fix it here at all. The reason for giving one star is because I can't accept the bad attitude of some front desk staff. Everyone is fair trade, there is nothing inferior, everything agreed in advance will be overturned by you when they feel bad and they will not admit it, will talk about policy, and will not give you any chance to speak, and the attitude is very tough when speaking. I hope that when you consider your own interests, you also consider the interests of your parents. I have seen other parents have argue with your front desk staff before. I never thought that this kind of thing would happen to me, it can happen to anyone。By the way, The teachers who teach swimming are very GOOD!

To be honest, it’s hard to find such a great private swimming training facility in Los Angeles! Professional coaches, professional swimming lanes, clean and bright indoor environment, and constant temperature all year round, it is a good place for men, women and children to learn swimming! Recommended!
