Lovely, cozy, quiet complex! Very beautiful place, lots of greenery, shade, well-groomed landscape. The pool area is perfect! Friendly staff, sincere, good-natured attitude towards the tenants! Lots of gifts and surprises for residents. Our children and our whole family feel at home here!

Just recently moved in. The area is beautiful and close to the highway for an easy commute. The manger Katherine is very kind and helps you with your every need, she gave out gift bags for a Labor Day event and let the residents enter into a raffle for some really cool prizes. Definitely a place that goes above and beyond to accommodate the residents every need.

Micaela Gonzalez has an exceptional customer service skills. She helped me twice when I needed a place to stay for me and my family. Even though I choose another apartment and canceled my application she was more interested in helping me rather the persuading me in getting what I didn’t want. Sycamore greens is a great place with great people willing to help you. They make you their priority # uno rather than filing the apartments. U don’t believe me give them a call now.

There were miraculously SIX 5-star ratings in the same day in March 2020! The reviews may get deleted, but as of today, the 6 reviewers all mention great staff. Be wary of staff making fake reviews instead of genuinely being good people towards tenants.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Good pricing and friendly staff. I accidentally had a packaged delivered to my old address here and the front desk was able to contact the tenant and get the package for me.

Living at Sycamore Greens has been most comparable to resort-like living! The amenities are just enough! Not too excessive but tasteful in selection (a good value for the rental rates we pay), I love our pool area and that the gym and managers office is all in close proximity which allows me to stop in at the coffee bar when I am out and about! Not to mention the BBQs are so NICE i have become a GRILL MASTER being able to use these grills! Oh and I gotta say, Valet Living which is a nightly trash pick up service that gets picked up from our porch has been a dream come true and we greatly appreciate the team and service! Another thing that I love is that our management/leasing team Katherine and Michaela are wonderful! They send out regular informational emails (including FUN ONES about the various hosted events that take place like Waffle Truck, Donut Day, Continental Breakfast, Pizza Fridays and Holiday Events as well. There is a good amount of things happening and there is no pressure to be involved if you don't want to - but you're more than welcome if you do! It's great! Also, my doggie is sooooo welcomed at this property and everyone is just so happy and it really is a great community of people/tenants living here! I also want to make a special note that From the word GO Katherine has been a WONDERFUL community director taking action from day 1! I am so impressed by her responsiveness to our concerns. We had an issue with the rain causing a flood at our unit entrance and Katherine immediately gathered the team of maintenance, landscaping and professionals surrounding this matter to look into it further and come up with a solution. I was coming back to my unit from a walk one day and I found our maintenance manager Rodrigo and a groundskeeper/landscaper discussing and analyzing the problem. They didn't notice that I was coming right away but I just truly felt so CARED about at that moment to see them truly putting deep care and thought into the situation! This is just 1 of many things that Katherine has demonstrated attention toward over time. She is always receptive and welcoming, here ears are always available and her smile and energy and enthusiasm is contagious! I CAN"T say enough good things! I feel that we have such a great team - Michaela has been EXCELLENT! She makes us feel so welcome when we come into the leasing office for a coffee or to ask a question! We truly feel this isn't just a place to live, but a home and that we are all family! She is so genuine and real yet professional in her communication (that's talent!) and her follow up on tenant work orders is REMARKABLE! Again yet another way I feel our managers truly care: even once maintenance has completed a requested work order to come out and fix something in our unit, it doesn't stop there, we get a follow up call and/or email to make sure that everything went ok and to make sure they have addressed all of our concerns! WOW! I mean am I living at the Nordstrom of apartments? I think SO! Thank you Sycamore Greens Team for your beautifully kept property and Team providing stellar service and leadership and overall for a wonderful experience, we are so happy to call this place home!

We just moved in last week. The apartment is SO cozy and well laid out. AND there’s a “trash valet” that picks up your trash from your patio! It’s well maintained. Rodrigo the maintenance man lives there and keeps everything ship shape. BUT the absolute best thing about this complex is the manager Kelle! She is kind, smart, professional and just really on top of everything. We’re lucky to have her running things!

If they find out you are disabled they will raise your rent until you leave. They discriminate. They will harass you until you get rid of your things.

I've lived here for 2 years and it is hands down the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. It's quiet and the property is well maintained. My apartment was renovated prior to moving in, had a washer/dryer and high vaulted ceilings. Parking in the complex and on the street is easy which makes it great for people coming to visit. Pet friendly, my two dogs had plenty of fresh grass and the neighborhood is perfect for long walks. Kelle & Taylor in the Office are super friendly and really care about their tenants. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly & thoroughly. Highly recommended!

Sycamore Greens truly is a hidden gem in Vista, we went to check out Sycamore Greens and less than 2 hours later we were submitting our rental application. This property was the only place we looked and we are so thankful to be living here. We have lived here for over six months and loved every second of it, we already plan on renewing our lease when the time comes. The property is wonderfully maintained- like I’m talking there is no trash anywhere to be found OR dead grass/shrubs, quiet, friendly and safe! The property is the way it is because of how dedicated the staff is. Kelle and Taylor in the front office are always going above and beyond for their tenants, they know everyone by first name and have made it a point to get to know each one of us. Rodrigo and Ventura are always there for any maintenance emergencies or requests.

When touring Sycamore Greens we learned that the apartment we would be moving into would be fully renovated. They weren’t joking, on move in day it was brand new appliances, blinds, faucets you name it, not to mention each unit comes with centralized AC but I have to admit I think my favorite part about these units are the front patios & storage closets.

I would definitely recommend Sycamore Greens to anyone that is apartment hunting, not just because the units and property are super nice but because of the entire team here at Sycamore Greens. They seriously have played a huge role in my love for this complex. Kelle and Taylor never fail to make my day with their welcoming greetings and smiles. I can’t thank them enough for making our time living here so enjoyable.

Lived here for 3 years and loved it! The neighborhood is nice and the management here is top notch, professional, and very friendly. I would recommend Sycamore Greens to anyone looking for a place to rent in Vista.

I would've given this place 1 star due to our experience but given they gave us the option to move out without any fee/hassles they gain a star. We had moved into what we thought would be our dream apartment - great sunlight, even though parking in the complex might not have been ideal there is plenty of street parking if you pick a unit near the street, quiet area, close to the freeway for work, really nice updated fitness center, washer/dryer in a 1 bedroom unit, walk-in-closet.but I guess it really was too good to be true!

Within the first week and a half of moving in so many things 'went wrong' between toilet not working properly which at first we thought was something small (no big deal right? Until we realized over the week so many other things that went wrong), front door having a crack entirely through the door to where you could see light through it (how do you let someone move in with that? I never really thought I'd ever start checking front doors when moving into any apartment until after experiencing Sycamore Greens), windows were messed up, bathroom door didn't shut/lock, toilet over flowed and my husband just fixed it himself fed up at some point, kitchen sink leaked, drawer in kitchen was completely cracked through and wouldn't work, lots of parts of the apartment had not been cleaned.it was just obvious the apartment was NOT ready for move in or had not been inspected or something.which is weird considering we weren't in a rush to move in.

John & Kelle at the office were nice and would respond to emails but things weren't actually getting fixed "immediately", they'd have the nice maintanence guys try to patch things or would come check it out then see what he could do. My husband had to request days to work from home which is something you don't expect when first moving into an apartment. It became obvious that the units are old and management isn't doing much to take good care/replace things (lots of patch work.even parts of the carpet were just patches instead of full replacements). Its hard to give them a good review.yes they let us move out without paying insane fees (which we would've taken to court anyways) and they tried to fix things but its a shame we had to even go through that in the first place. Make sure you see the exact unit and check everything out thoroughly before moving in.

I lived here 2xs due to my husband being a Marine. I loved it here each time. The front desk ladies are so nice. Kat was totally amazing[hope she's still there]! She was fully of energy very nice and sweet. Spacious living areas and now, since I have been away they totally remodeled! Its even cuter now! Private patios, quite complex, and in a great SAFE area. My husband left his keys in the APT door twice over night. Nothing happened. The price has jumped a bit since I last rented in '12 but I guess that is what happens when changes are made. I'd totally live here again in a heart beat. So totally would!
