I came here to work on my constant nagging shoulder pain. David and his staff did a great job in helping me bringing strength back to the shoulder and alleviating my pain. I definitely recommend Synergy!

Dave at Synergy has taken care of my ankle, knee, and hip over the years. He has helped me avoid knee surgery and hip surgery. The facility is modern and vibrant. We have been going to Synergy Physical Therapy in Huntington Beach for over 20 years. Our treatments have been back, neck, bilateral shoulders, bilateral knees including knee replacement and ACL, Achilles tendon surgery and biceps tendon repair. My therapist, Nicholas has the perfect personality is very knowledgeable. He helped me understand the best way for me to stretch and to do my exercises safely. There are lots of good equipment and therapists helping you to use it safely.

Dave! I can’t say enough amazing things about this guy! I had a ski accident and dislocated my shoulder. I’m a wimp and I held my arm in a sling for way too long and got frozen shoulder…. The knowledge, the encouragement and the exercises I was given helped me navigate this injury. Dave and his staff helped me get through this and today I’m back on the slopes and I can do pull ups again! So, to Dave and all the wonderful people at Synergy, thank you!

Dave and his excellent staff took great care to help me re-hab my hip and got me back to feeling great and teaching ballet! Dave's expertise, past experience with dancers and athletes, and care and attention to my symptoms made all the difference! He created a custom plan with great attention to detail and modified the plan as symptoms improved. I came in after an ACL surgery after three similar rehabs (on the same knee) at other therapy places that all resulted in re-injury. After coming here, I have never been so confident in a rehab. My knee feels stronger than ever, and I left with no complaints. The therapists are knowledgeable and actually care for their patients. The aids are attentive and keep the sometimes monotonous rehab fresh and exciting. I’d recommend Synergy to anyone that needs it, athletes or not. Going back to the sports I love has always seemed scary after I finished my rehabs, but now I feel 100% confident.

Dave and team took excellent care of me throu both knee and shoulder surgeries. The whole team is extremely competent and are incredibly nice to work with. Much like my team at work it's a family and they pull their patients right in as well. I highly recommend the Synergy team for a nice place to recover as well as excellent outcomes.
