Good prices and good service. We have used this place multiple times with no issues.
We were looking to replace the carpet at my parents' house within a reasonable price, and our friend told us about Sy's Discount Carpet, Inc.
My dad had been having medical issues for the last 3 years, and he's the one that used to take care of all of the household maintenance.
My mom and I went to Sy's Discount Carpet and placed the order. I showed the lady a picture of the carpet we wanted, but she entered the incorrect information. Therefore, our installer picked up the incorrect carpet. It wasn't until it was delivered at my parents' house that my mom noticed they had the incorrect item.
I was out of town for work. Therefore, it was hard to go in person to get this taken care of. I contacted the store and worked with Abe (the owner), who was very helpful and worked with us to get this situation resolved. He was helpful and understanding.
I would highly recommend this local store.
