12Lots of time wasting for Truckers even your truck already unloaded but waiting for paperwork waste of time
No respect for time.checked in 4: 30 for 5 appt.its 11: 30 now.pack your food before coming here
I deliver here a few times a year, check in about 30 mins early. Pull forward and park on left. Go to office and hand in paperwork. Back in to door. Very easy and room to maneuver. They will come out and give you your pods. Easy place. Nice girls in the office.
It was an alright place. Checked in at 6: 28am for a 7am appointment. Got in door at 8: 55am and got paperwork at 10: 46am. My husband is a driver and delivered here. No overnight parking.
Checked in at guard shack at 5am for 6am appointment. Park in holding area on left when you come through the gate. Receiving office on right by ramp. Restroom available there. Called with door at 530am. Started unloading at 610am. 10 pallets. Easy docks. Lumper fee given at 700am. Paperwork ready at 820am. Done at 830am.
I am surprised, no drama. Appt was 6am, came in at 5: 15am and was given a dock immediately. By 7: 30am I was out, can't complain, they are getting their act together.

Got in at 5: 40 am for a 6am appt for 2 PALLETS!
Got all my stops unloaded without my permission when they knew I had more stops, girl at check in has the worst attitude possible and needs to learn how to respect drivers!
Very messy situation and at the end they always blame the drivers. 6 hours wasted and schedule for other drops completely messed up.
From what I have read they said it take over 7 hours to get unloaded well I got here at 12 when my appointment was. And here it is 1245 and with unload bills in hand off load was quick and fast on the frozen end. The lumper fee a little hi but it is what it is with prices going up. People here was nice and friendly to the drivers.
7 hours on a green light for them to do paper work for 4 pallets! How can a company be that bad and still charge 210 for lumper and 45 for a re stack fee when I have pictures of the pallets being perfect
Check in 7 am apt 8 am now 10 am still waiting for unloading nobody take care driver have restroom inside for drivers
Easy in, got a dock door immediately, quick load, and on my way within 90 minutes total. Thank you!
What ever good reviews that's there own reviews I have a appt 7am I checked in at 6: 30 on Frozen load still no door half doors are empty on the Frozen side
