I have worked with numerous construction companies. These folks are superb! Met Joe who explained everything in detail. We signed the same day. Our backyard transformation is unreal! Jimmy who was the foreman, 5 stars! Crew superb! Joe & Jimmy were very responsive. They were lower in price than anyone. Go with these pro’s! They know this profession and the technicalities.

Jose and his team were amazing. They installed the pavers for our side yard and completely transformed it into a beautiful space, giving us a wonderful extension to our home. The quality of workmanship has increased our property value and we are very satisfied with the service provided for our project. I highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs.

Everyone I met was great! The crew of 5 guys that did the heavy work were fast, effecient and professional. The sales rep and project manager could not have been more helpful. Both were very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure was happy. I'd recommend System Pavers for their excellent job. I love my driveway, what a difference!

STAY AWAY! I had a horrible experience with them. We brought a new house recently and lots of contractors used to visit us to get the backyard done. SP was one of them and we invited them to see what they have to offer. The person who visited us was so nice and listened to our plan carefully and cam e up with the design. However the wmount he was quoting was very high and I wasn't ready to do anything at that moment but he keep on asking us to go with SP, showing presentation, 25 years waranties etc. I told him I need 2-3 days time to decide and will confirm after that. He was still not ready, He stayed almost 8 hours in the house, my family was hungry, no one had lunch and it was already dinner time. I just had a baby, He was also cranky. He kept telling pls do some advance you can cancel in 2-3 days based on your decision. Out of frustation to get him out of the house I gave him my credit card details, He charged 10% on my card and left that day. There was no start date mentioned or anything. I texted him few days later saying I don't want to go ahead and cancel my work order. The same guy who was so nice while trying to get the payment changed his tone and started telling me you can't cancel. If you cancel you'll loose the advance which he never mentioned. He cheated us on good faith and not returning our deposit back. We already brought new house, just had a baby and with all these they have audacity to cheat us. Shame on SYSTEM PAVERS. They are offering you can still change your mind and they will do the same things without additional cost.
His boss called me later telling me about the 3 day rule which they never mentioned while taking the deposit.

We are extremely happy with our backyard remodel by System Pavers.
The designer, Katelyn, expertly translated our ideas and preferences in to a stunning elevated seating area with raised planters and artificial turf. The project manager, Daniel, was on site every day addressing any questions and maintaining project schedule.

We replaced our driveway and we loved it. But soon after it started cracking and having problems we reached our to system pavers several times. Non-responsive. Just a bag of grout dropped off at our house to fill ourselves. We were told it had a 25 year warranty. I guess only if you do the repairs. Very unhappy with the repair service. We replaced a cracking driveway and now I have another cracking driveway.

The staff read from scripts and are rude. The try to get your permission for automated calls. Tell them No. If you want to work with pushy sales people then this is the company for you.otherwise stay away.

Beware of System Pavers! Jon Barlock came to our house and suggested we change few thing that need to be change for the new Paving Stones so we removed them and it was not necessary and paid on of their guys to perform the work. Then they over charged us on the sq and did a horrible job. We have cracks and leaks from their work and they guaranteed their work. They haven't been responding to us and now we are going to take legal action! Stay far away from this company especially Jon Barlock!

We hired SP and they sold us by saying they stand by their work and are the best. They were by far the most expensive but we cared about quality and follow through. The Second day out water heater shut off and I had to call the foreman to turn it on at 9 at night. We were also sold on upgrades and even to have the driveway cleaned and shine they wanted more money. Fine we paid so we are not $60k into. The day they finished we saw major water leaking on our driveway. We called the foreman and he made some excuses that it wasn’t them. He would always make excuses. We had to hire a plumber to stop the leak that was clearly by their bad demolition work and follow up. They wouldn’t listen to us making some provision in the contract. Their mistake cost us $7,000 in plumbing and repair. We hired a lawyer and the person starts lie and make excuses then starts to negotiate saying they will only give us $3500. All we want is what the repair cost us not a penny more. They play dirty. Then the guy they have negotiating starts to blame us that we paid too much for the plumbing repair that they caused and refused to fix. Quote “ we should have only paid $3500”. Like we know how much plumbing costs and they are the last to talk after being the most expensive in the business. I strongly advise don’t use them they don’t stick by their word and when they mess us they blame the client. They are the worst. BTW one of the lights they install stopped working last night so we will call them and let’s see how they blame us or if they fix that. System Pavers is unprofessional and they are obnoxious. Save money and use someone that cares. We will continue fighting and posting everywhere until our story is told. We will get out money and are suing them in arbitration for their contract doesn’t allow to sue in court. I wonder why?
