System Pavers, Santa Ana CA

System Pavers was recommended by a construction resource we respect who also used System Pavers for their personal project. System Pavers is professional and have a great presentation. Their pricing was very high but they offered discounts. The end result price was the highest but they have a 25 year warranty. It took a while to get them to start construction because of product delays and sub contractor issues. We were able to modify the plans before construction to our satisfaction. When construction finally took place, it initially went well, the personnel was friendly, easy to work with and did excellent work. In the middle of the project the sub contractor went on vacation and hired a different sub contractor to continue the work. That sub contractor didn't understand our last minute changes and built the paver walkway wrong. The original sub contractor sorta fixed this but did not finish it the way we had originally agreed to. So, the paver patio and walkway looks awesome but it's not exactly the way we wanted. Because of their sub contractor issues, I would think twice about going with System Pavers.

We added pavers around our pool with System Pavers. Worked with Moe for the design and with Clayton for the construction. The job is beautiful and was completed on time. The crew is very knowledgeable and the quality of the pavers is outstanding. Even with the recent rain the drainage is perfectly planned

We hired System Pavers this summer to remove turf and concrete, haul away the debris, and to design and install paver walkways and stairs in our front yard. The salesman, Thomas, was friendly and attentive to our questions and ideas. He thoroughly explained the excavation and installation process as well as the great warranty provided by the company. Cesar, the project manager, did a terrific job overseeing the project from start to finish. He was always available to answer questions or swing by the job site to check progress and quality of workmanship. We quickly understood we were in good hands through his honesty and professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process and products used and had high standards to ensure we were happy with our completed project.

System pavers did an absolutely amazing job on my front yard. The project leader, Clayton, was extremely helpful and professional. This was my second time using Sustem Pavers, and will absolutely continue to use them in the future!

The System Pavers team was efficient and effectively completed our project in just two days. Out project manager, Sam Salcedo was on top of every aspect of our project along with his associate Chris to make sure my questions were answered. Clean up and general housekeeping was done each day to make sure the job site organized and safe. Well done.

Two parts to this review. Horrible Foreman (Rich) if he’s in your job, insist on a change. Arrogant! Confrontational! Unprofessional! Will skim through the job half heartedly. Has great catchphrases like “I’m the person in charge from Lancaster to Lompoc. ” System pavers need to hand this person a long vacation! It’s not what you, the customer, deserve! Excuses snd conditions individual. Scott Lenquist cleaned up Rich’s mind. Great company. Excellent work. Finished job was great. Without Scott, I’d be speaking to the state contractor s board. Know Hoyt rights! Do not have Rich in your job. Keep him far away

These guys ROCK! Great to work with. Clayton and team were on schedule, completed project on time. Exceeded our expectations 10X. Looking forward to our next project with them.

System Pavers installed Belgard pavers in our front yard a few months ago and we are very happy with the results. Great job done by Clayton and his team! Clayton is the best Project Manager to work with. His communication skills were excellent, he always kept me updated on a daily basis. And if I had any questions or request, he always made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely recommend System Pavers to family and friends!

Guy named Michael came out to do our evaluation. Said he would be in contact a few days later with a quote. Never got a call back. Tried reaching out and again never got a call back. Terrible service.

These guys know what they are doing. They did job the right way and did it quickly. They also did a great job of cleaning up when they finished.

From the first contact to the last, we could not be more pleased. In an era of over commit and under perform, system pavers still holds up the commitments. The estimator was on time and came with a positive attitude AND was not pushy. Clayton the project lead was always available to take your call and answer any questions. He did this with an extremely positive attitude, he always allowed us to finish our thoughts, and then he would give his recommendations. The crew was always on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very thorough. I highly recommend System Pavers, and especially Clayton and the crew.

System pavers by far offered us the best in both quality of work and customer service! Cody our sales person worked so quickly and diligently to get our project started just a few days after signing our contract. He made sure to answer all questions, checked in often during the work and walked the property with us after it was finished to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Clayton our project manager was the best PM I have ever worked with. He was here every day, was constantly communicating with us and the work crew to make sure that our vision was clear and he checked back in multiple times after the project was complete. I would absolutely hire them again in an instant and would recommend them hands down to anyone doing any outdoor projects!

While there are no large-scale construction projects without hiccups, System Pavers did an excellent job with our project from start to finish, design to completion. We just received final sign-off from our HOA on the completed project. The price is comparable to other quotes we received - definitely not cheap, but you do get what you pay for. Shout out to our designer, Moe, and PM, Clayton, for keeping us in the loop, getting us the service and final outcome we were hoping for. Thank you!

This company is a big scam. First they asked for an unnecessarily detailed amount of information while I was attempting to get a simple quote, which (I know) should have been my cue. Then they asked/demanded that I allow 90 minutes for the estimate (as in they wouldn’t schedule an estimate appointment unless I said I was ok with a 90 min.appt). I declined and received a call from one of their reps the following day who sounded insulted when I said “I’m not willing to invest 90 minutes into getting an estimate”. He subsequently gave me a ball-park quote for 2x what other licenses paver installers have quoted me. Don’t you know it.paving “backyards are more expensive then a front year or drive way”.

Cherry on top, now I’ve apparently somehow “agreed” to receive their spam emails. I’m sure they’ll sell all of my contact info that they unnecessarily collected in no time as well.

I’m sure they would have done a fine job installing 250sq ft of pavers for $12k while exploiting the guys who are doing the actual work.

This company is a scam.

From initial consultation to the end product, installing my new concrete pavers went smoothly. A good company.

If you're not into HIGH-PRESSURE SALES, look elsewhere.

Their Design Consultant, Karen, came by to discuss our project. She was very salesy and had plenty to share in terms of pretty brochures and electronic powerpoints. That said, she rescheduled with us once, and had limited availability in terms of meeting us.

They refuse to email their estimates and aggressively push you to sign their contract on the spot for a special, limited-time savings. They do not correspond via email/phone and everything must be done in-person with very little respect for one's personal time.

We asked Karen to revise our estimate but ended up never hearing from her again. Their pricing was the highest of 8 bids we received.

Totally professional and knowledgable crew. There were so many days that we got rained out during this job, but Ceasar and crew were able to monitor and work around the weather to get the job done. Kudos

Mark, Isaac and two other workers removed and replaced my concrete driveway and walkway with new paver stones. The project was hampered by rain but the team kept me informed and performed their work professional. The end project came out beautiful and many of my neighbors have complimented their work.
