They were very professional and very helpful especially considering the times dealing with covid. They were able to get to each customer in a timely manner and I left with a smile on my face.

Hello General T-mobile Horrible service im really disappointed with the signal today since 12pm I can't make phone call not even text messages. Not even getting a text message warning from t-mobile saying something about the bad signal. We will switch to a different company.

This was my second time coming to this T-Mobile store. The entire staff is super helpful and very nice. Gabriel was super helpful. I had gone in the day before to get a quote. All of my questions were answered. When I went in the day next he was just as helpful. Thank you so much for the help.

My boyfriend and I went in today for the jump to upgrade to a new iphone and we were helped out by ALBERT D! He has great customer service and he made time fly! We got the service we needed and we got it with great help! Keep up that attitude man you were really cool!

I was extremely happy with the service that the employees gave us. No lying, no surprises, excellent service. I had a problem with my last cell phone provider and they were very patient when I was working with my last cell phone provider to get my phone number switched to the new phone and T-Mobile service.

Do not waste your money here, T- Mobile is awesome, its a great company, just do yourself a favor and go to another location. The manager Albert R.is a very rude person who will just laugh in your face whenever you have a problem. Do not come here, go to another store.

Every time I’ve been to this location they are always helpful and pleasant to work with. Outstanding customer service and very personable.

Visited 7/20/19 and the three gentleman in the store greeted us when we walked in and let us know they’d be with us shortly. Great bunch guys the manager should be proud of these guys.

When they say their phones are buy one get one free its not true, their liers and trying to rip people off.

I've tried several times to give this location my time and money. I'm done. Representatives that do not listen to your request and refusing to listen at all even when another representative gives them directions to complete a transaction. I felt as if the customer service representative DID NOT WANT my business. You get what you give to your customers. A complete waste of time.

Sales Rep. ****570 gave my mom and I the best customer service. My mom was VERY happy with her new phone. Thank you guys for your time and effort.

April 11,2018-I got to the store at 7: 45pm and waited patiently until 8: 30pm. I finally called it quits and left the store.

The two reps were still working on the same two customers that they were working on when I got there at 7: 45pm.

No acknowledgement just the typical; well get to you when we feel like it service.

I'm pretty sure there has to be a good explanation but, meanwhile I will try my luck at the store in Rancho Cucamonga; on Foothill and Spruce; hoping for a better experience.

T-mobile corporate; please help!
