At the beginning of December I went to this store to purchased a screen protector I was told for the $50 the screen protector had warranty and if it breaks I was able to come back and get a replacement for free. Last Saturday I went to replace it I waited for 1 hr just to be told I couldn't change the screen protector because my phone didn't have insurance! And that the guy that sold it to me was not longer working there so they couldn't do anything! I Spent $50 FOR NOTHING!

GREAT customer service! Ask for Jardiel he's awesome, AND HONEST. He doesn't try to sale you things you don't need or not in your budget. I like an honest person in sales, no BS. He has a great attitude and very knowledgeable. If he doesn't know, he will find out for you and not just guess. This a rare find in t-mobile (just saying)! Some places I go and the sales person is pushy and trying to sale you things not in my budget or just don't have the need for at the time. He listens and helps you! STAY AWESOME JARDIEL!

Horrible customer service they don't want to work and neither help the customers includingthe store manager, I will never come back and I won't recommend it go somewhere else.

Walked into this T-Mobile about a month ago to talk to someone about getting my phone unlocked. The man that I talked to was rude and gave me false information. He said that T-Mobile didn’t do that and told me I had to go to an Apple store (even though I’d purchased my phone through T-MOBILE - and the closest Apple store is in Temecula). He also neglected to mention that I could just call T-Mobile and request an? Unlock? (so simple). He just seemed like he didn’t want to deal with it. Well, either that or he didn’t know what he was talking about. Not sure which one is worse. They weren’t busy and I was definitely polite about it. I’ve been with Tmobile for 6 years and spent a lot of money with your company. Was just very disappointed with the level of customer service at this location.

Lastnight @ 6: 15 pm walked into the store no hi nothing.asked a question got no response. I asked an employee who was outside talking to a female. I asked him for help answer one question and walked away. I really hope some reviews tape to see it to believe it. Sad there went My Christmas gift.

When I visit this store everyone is very polite, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Today I spoke with Leiona and she carried all of these characteristics I mentioned above. Overall I am very happy with the service that I have been given from this store. I am completely satisfied with the service from Ms. Leiona.

Justin D. Worst Customer Service he ran my credit with out having any IPhone 11 pro or Max
And he wants to agrue Saying I didn’t even mentioned wanting that. Why would I let you run my credit for nothing IDIOT!

I went into the store with the intention of switching my cell phone service from one of their competitors to a T-Mobile service. I had in mind the Plan I wanted. Justin was the Rep who met me at the Store's entrance. After letting him in on the purpose of my visit and "shooting" questions at him, he displayed his excellent knowledge of his job by providing quick and precise responses. He then went to work, got my device unlocked etc, etc and I was out of the door within an hour. I should emphasize: the employees and the Store's Manager (who stopped by to say "Hello") appeared friendly and really looked like a "Team". I was blown away by Justin's professionalism, technical skills, positive approach, etc.

Bravo Justin!

The customer service has generally been poor at this location and I routinely avoid going here. But I went this Sunday (7/7/19) because I was already at the mall and in the market for a new high end phone for my son. Service was mediocre to start. What's incited my review is their staff's ineptitude around compliant and valid identification. My renewed CA driver's license hasn't arrived in the mail so I've been carrying my USCIS issues ID. The same ID that I use to board planes and that I submitted to the DMV to get a driver's license. The rep (Hispanic, 5'10, facial hair, chubby set) argued that I was not furnishing a valid form of ID. He tried to sound competent but for someone that deals with business compliance for a living, came off as completely asinine. I avoid arguing with anyone that's ignorant and adamant so I simply asked for my ID and ended our transaction. My advice to management; please have staff adequately trained around valid and compliant forms of identification and around great customer service.

Particularly around the matter of identification, since the form of identification presented is valid and compliant, the rep's refusal to accept it could be a liability to TMobile as it could be deemed refusal to service a client because of discrimination. Under the law ignorance and intent are not defensible and observably I was discriminated due to national/ethnic origin. Employee is a liability to the business.

I am not even a T Mobile customer but I needed a case for my phone and Sprint didn't have it. I dropped into T Mobile and Justin D.helped me find the perfect case and screen protector. He has a great attitude and the store was well maintained. Thanks Justin!

Wow reading the review from Nasir I find his Comments truly Offensive. I recently purchased phones from the same Rep you mentioned with my wife also wearing a Hijab and received excellent service. The store you mentioned is a corporate T mobile store. It is absolute Common knowledge that Tmobile and all corporate Cell phone stores do not negotiate Activation fees. Then you continue on to say you still got phones after you were advised to pick up the phones you said you wanted from another store.

Service must not have been that bad if you bought phones especially if you bought phones when they didn't have the ones you wanted instead of traveling to the store you know had what you originally came in asking for.

Someone is asking for a hand out and poorly using the race card to get it

Great customer service and support from Daniel. Nice little T Mobile store with friendly, helpful staff and management. Previous reviews from others must have been with old staff members because the team working there now is great.

I am a t mobile customers for almost 15 years. We always prefer to go to this place but before going there we visit another t mobile store at Van Buren Blvd.i wanted to upgrade my 2 phone with Samsung S8 and person dealing with us was Mr. Justin. He went to back room to pick phone but on return told us that the phone we selected in no more in production and we should choose another phone, When I told him that other store has it, he rudely told me that you better go there and buy it,
During the deal I tried to negotiate activation charges and again he rudely told me that this is not Swap meet and on this I told him that you are very rude. In the end we did buy 2 phones

This is not the way to treat customers. Maybe color of skin matter for that sales person as my daughter was wearing Hijab, Hope someone will come up with a better explanation to such behaviour

Extremely bad Service at this location. DONT EVER SHOP HERE!
The Retail Associate Manager (Candice Smith) has absolutely no clue of what customer Service is about.
